The Brest-based company now has six stores: a second in Brest on rue Jean Jaurès, followed by Guipavas, Landerneau and Quimper.

His latest creation is nougat, cooked with Breton honey and chips of salted butter caramel and dried apples in its matzo leaf decorated with Breton ermines. Its bigoudènes truffles - ganache amber flavoured with honey and mead rolled in icing cinnamon sugar are equally very delightful.
