Created in 1989, this Costa Rican factory of madeleines, sanded and palm has a laboratory of more than 2,000 m ² and employs more than 30 employees. Committed to the Breton tradition, the factory favors ingredients from local producers for pure butter biscuits and pastries, with fresh eggs.

Flagship product: the madeleines of Armor. You can buy them in sachet or in a tray of 30 units. At this factory store, you can also enjoy very good prices, opting for them.

Created in 1947, the Arin family's Ferme Marine grows three types of oysters: the Kerarzic, fine and iodized, the Bréhat, more fleshy and less iodized, and the Saint-Riom. The oyster bar, open when the weather's fine, offers the chance to sit facing the sea and enjoy an oyster tasting accompanied by a glass of wine. Clams, rillettes de la mer, local beers and ice creams complete the menu. The Arin family runs another oyster bar in Lézardrieux, on the Trieux estuary, as well as in Pleubian, opposite the Sillon de Talbert.

Ingrid and Pierre-Yves Mareaux raise and transform poultry, pigs and ducks on their farm in Huet, Pabu, which they have raised and fed with cereals grown on the spot! They then sell their products at the farm and on the local markets all week (Pontrieux, Paimpol, Lannion, Guingamp, Ploubazlannec, Lanvollon, Penvennan, Ploubezre, Morlaix). Among the products offered are rillettes, confits, gizzards, duck breast... and foie gras. It is sold in slices, in fresh or preserved jars.

This is a family business where life and apples are crunched to the max. Located in the Landes du Mené, the Barbé cider factory, which has won fourteen medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris since 1974 and many times at the "Terralies" in Saint-Brieuc, is one of the best ambassadors of the Breton region. First, there was Jean who, in 1921, started beekeeping and making chouchen. Then there was Paul, his son, who, in order to diversify his activity, turned to the production of a cider that he named "Le P'tit Fausset". "P'tit Fausset"? It is the name of the wooden peg placed on the front of the barrel. You know, the one that is removed to taste the good cider before putting the barrel in the bore. And then, here is Gilles. He is the one who now welcomes you to the family estate. When he took over from his father in 1989, he brought his own personal touch: the range of products was expanded to include apple juice and cider vinegar, while the conversion to organic farming was carried out. Today, the AB certification has made the reputation of the house. The apples are grown in the family's four-hectare orchard or come from the tall apple trees of nearby producers. The organic pure juice cider "Le P'tit Fausset" seduces by its bottle with mechanical porcelain cap, the cider vinegar by its sweet and fruity perfume... In short, it is here the rich and intense marriage of Breton flavours as we like to share them.

In this farm, located only 10 km from Guingamp, you have the opportunity to pick your own fruit and vegetables. Depending on the season, you can choose between strawberries (among 5 varieties including the famous gariguette), raspberries, beans and peas... Other timing options are presented on the website. On this one you can also buy eggs from rustic breeds of hens (Marrans and Sussex), and on Saturday mornings, come and do your market with other organic producers in the area!

Jean-Marie Gouédard took over the meadery created by his father Patrick, an ex-beekeeper: they make chouchenn, the Breton name given to an alcoholic drink similar to mead, liquorous, obtained from the fermentation of honey in water. The factory is installed in a traditional building of 1919, former wine storehouse of a wine merchant. In the courtyard, there are still two vats of 70 hectoliters each. By appointment, you can of course enjoy a guided tour of the cellars, with a nice tasting of chouchenn.

Sous la Ville Farm is a must for lovers of fresh, local produce. In addition to raising beef, lamb, pork and poultry on site, the farm also offers a selection of local produce from like-minded producers. Plourhan, a small town in the Côtes d'Armor region, is home to Les Volailles d'Armor, a well-known poultry farm in the area. Founded in 1964 by Anne and Toussaint Corbel, the farm specialized in raising poultry for private individuals. Today, the farm is run by their son Jean-Paul and his wife Annie. Volailles d'Armor offers a wide selection of live poultry, from laying hens to ducks and quail. Poultry are raised on feed produced on the farm, using locally-grown cereals and guaranteed GMO-free. In addition to farm sales, Les Volailles d'Armor are present at over 10 markets in the Côtes d'Armor and North Finistère regions. They have also recently opened an online store, offering the possibility of ordering online and picking up orders directly at the farm or market.

Au Bio Cochon is an organic farm located in Châtelaudren-Plouagat, in the town of Plouagat. This farm offers quality products, with an emphasis on origin and traceability. By buying directly from the producer, consumers can support agriculture that respects the environment and animal welfare.

Enter one of the most famous Breton cracker factories, holder of a unique recipe! Founded in 1929, the company has remained a family business and produces delicious crackers, the famous scalded cookies. They are offered in their original format, to be crunched and buttered for breakfast, and in a mini version for savory and sweet appetizers. The Margely family distributes its crackers in many independent stores in the region as well as in large and medium-sized stores. An unmissable stop!

It is a historic biscuit in the Trégor region since it dates back to the late th century. It is the origin of the famous Cute, a fat biscuit, which will give you a particularity as soon as you talk about Breton cakes. The craquants are now declining in over 25 flavours: salt caramel, apples, algae… All products are manufactured at the production site located in Guingamp. The establishment has five physical stores in Côtes-d'Armor and one in Dinan, and offers an online shop where you can buy craquants, but also other traditional cookies, madeleines, Breton patties, or kouign amann, as well as cream and/or chocolate creams.

Les Jardins de L'Aubenière, an organic farm in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, recently reopened its doors.

This open-air poultry farm includes a large shop selling farm and local products. You will find, of course, rillettes, fillets and dishes prepared by Marie-Jeanne and her two associates, but also Breton delicacies of all kinds: ice creams, pasta, cakes, preserves, beers, ciders, jams, seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, herbal teas... Everything you need for a complete supply. During the opening hours of the shop, it is possible, on request, to take a tour in front of the pens where the gallinacés are lined up.

Claire and Régis, organic farmers, produce about sixty vegetables, all certified organic. In order to complete their offer of direct sales on the farm, they had the idea of opening a store to offer other organic products from their colleagues in the region. Opened in March 2020 at the entrance of Tréméreuc, the store is AB certified. You will find organic cheese, bread, meat, fruit and vegetables. Products with a lot of taste. The prices are a little high, but calculated as fairly as possible to pay the producers properly.
