Local stand-up paddle surfing champion Alexis Deniel runs a surf school on Trestraou beach, where he began his career. The safe spot is perfect for beginners and experienced surfers alike. You can learn or perfect your surfing or stand-up paddling skills, for one session or a whole week. PSS also offers supervised stand-up paddle trips along the Pink Granite Coast, accessible to all. Children are of course welcome. Don't forget to book your session!

Vent Réel SARL is a boat school located in Pleslin-Trigavou. They offer cruising courses to validate nautical miles, as well as sailing trips in the Bay of Saint-Malo and weekends to Chausey throughout the year. They also offer advice on nautical projects such as buying a sailboat, first sailing, long-distance sailing and skipper coaching.

Loudéac is not exactly by the sea. In any case, you will not be able to take a head every day except to enjoy driving by car (just under one hour drive). Fortunately, the city offers you the Aquatides, a swimming pool and well beyond since it is a water park, welcoming all lovers of aquatic activities from 7 to 77 years of age and even more widely, more than one can start with a session for baby swimmers. The Lancieux Nautical Club welcomes you all year round to practice catamaran sailing, windsurfing, wing foil, sea kayaking, sand yachting, kitesurfing. It is open to all, adults and children, from initiation to competition, with weekend and vacation courses. The nautical club has a small seawater pool heated to 24°C to learn to swim. Between Dinan and Saint-Brieuc, stop at the edge of the lake of Jugon for a sporting day or a picnic with friends. And for longer stays, sailing, archery or other courses are organised during the school holidays. Ideal for family fishing, this beautiful lake is rich in white fish. The easy accesses allow to go to track the carnivorous (pikes and perches in particular) all around the pond which extends on not less than 7 ha. You can see herons, egrets, cormorants, ducks, kingfishers... On the site is the Kervezennec garden and the banks of the pond are equipped to welcome visitors: beach, games for children, picnic table, camping. A very pleasant place, ideal for a family day.

Unpublished: a swimming pool or a water complex by the sea. This complement to your stay is ideal for spending from the afternoon of bad weather to warm weather while enjoying breathtaking views over Coz-Pors beach and its pink granite rocks. There are many facilities and activities in a wide range of activities, for example swimming in a river with a counter or simply making lengths in the large pool, while children calves in the small basin. The gym can be used here before taking advantage of saunas and steam baths. And if the water terrorizes you, there are also sessions of aquaphobie that will heal your anxiety with the liquid. More generally, the whole complex is geared towards your fitness.

A multi-season pool, it offers complete and versatile infrastructures, both indoors and outdoors. Throughout the year, aquatic activities are supervised in a sports pool and a leisure pool to encourage sports activities, whether for swimming lessons, aquagym or running on a mat. The club has two bases: one in La Roche-Derrien, the other in Plougrescant. Dedicated to sea kayaking, it offers, every summer day, two supervised hikes, to discover the island of Er, oyster beds, the Jaudy, the Gouffre for the most experienced... The club also organizes, on request, stand-up paddle rides in the bay or estuary. Both types of boats are available for hire on the La Roche-Derrien site.

The nautical spot awaits, young and old, during the season near the Pointe de la Garde. Optimist, catamaran for adults and catsy for children, double and solo dinghies, J80, windsurf, bodyboard, paddles. Courses are held all year round and, in the summer, several types of training courses are organised on a weekly basis. Ideal for children who will take the helm and learn all aspects of sailing: points of sail, boat balance, manoeuvres, starts and finishes.

Here, the youngest can learn to sail a dinghy (from 5 years old), and the older ones can take a course in catamaran or windsurfing. The center also offers you the possibility to sail freely, thanks to its Nautical Spot, where you can rent kayaks, stand-up paddle, catamarans and dinghies, but also benefit from navigation advice. In addition, the Bréhec cove, framed by cliffs and sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds, offers a safe setting to launch yourself on the waves.

This beautiful, covered and air-conditioned swimming pool is a real incentive for diving. For a truly complete enjoyment, let yourself be pampered by taking advantage of the sauna. In summer, you can also sunbathe on the outdoor lawns next to the swimming pool, with the refreshing moments of relaxation. In Gouarec, you don't have the sea, but you still enjoy bathing!

Dina'Vig is a boat rental service located in Dinan, Brittany. They offer a fleet of motorized boats that can accommodate from 1 to 9 people. Rates vary according to the number of people and length of rental.

The club has a wide range of equipment at its disposal: 12, 14, 16-foot catamarans, optimists, windsurfing boards, foils, paddles, kayaks, sand yachts..., for club members, but also for beginners and those who would like to do a one-off session. The real asset of the club is its location, at the bottom of the bay of Saint-Jacut and facing the Ebihens archipelago. The water is protected from swell and chop and offers very interesting sailing conditions.

It's Thomas who hides behind the name of the big clawed plush that you don't spontaneously imagine on a surfboard. He started surfing around the age of 15, on the same wild beach that he offers you to discover by the wave. The stand-up paddle rides are done around the Verdelet islet, to the great joy of sea bird lovers. Quality equipment is provided and can also be rented.

Located some ten kilometers south of Dinan, this small leisure park is ideal for families looking for relaxation and sporting activities. The beach offers all amenities (shower and WC, wifi, snack bar open from May to the end of September) and water sports activities are available on reservation (sailing and canoeing). The fun continues around the pond with a 3 km hiking trail featuring barbecues, mini-golf and sports courses.

Olivier, the skipper, has put aside his racing past to take you for a ride and help you discover the cliffs of Plouha, the Saint-Quay islands, even Bréhat or Cape Fréhel. Early in the morning, for a snack, an aperitif at sunset or a whole day, it's up to you to choose the formula that suits you. At the foot of the railway bridge over the Rance, between Saint-Samson-sur-Rance and, on the other bank, La-Vicomté-sur-Rance, is the charming little port of Lyvet. It is reserved for boats of less than 15 metres and has a capacity of 258 boats on pontoons. 25 places are available for visitors who wish to stop over. From here you can board the Maltess, a passenger boat that takes you on a 2.5 hour lunch cruise on the Rance.
