Created by English people from Saint-Andrews in 1926, the Saint-Cast golf course is one of the rare links-type courses, very appreciated by golfers. It was bombed and partially destroyed during the Second World War. It was not until 1995, after five years of work, that the golf course inaugurated its 18-hole course. The permanent club house dates from the 1960s and offers one of the most beautiful views of the region. The sandy soil makes it easy to play year-round. The equestrian center of Saint-Cast welcomes children from their youngest age to familiarize them with the equine universe. The atmosphere is pleasant. Everything is done to make the youngest and the beginners feel at ease. Half-day courses are organized to learn how to gallop in the wilderness or to pass their gallops. Adults with their G5 can go for a wild ride on the sand or in the forest. An excellent way to combine sport and nature!

Ideally located between Dinard and Dinan, this family golf course will seduce beginners and all those who are in search of conviviality. The courses are spread over 26 hectares, with 9 holes. The amateurs of the small white ball will be able to benefit from two par 5 of more than 500 meters, four par 4 and three par 3. The green on hole 3, perched on an island, adds a little spice to the game. A 4-hole school course allows you to improve your approach. Individual or group lessons are given by Nicolas, a former ALPS Tour player.

A number of routes (mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking…) whose trail from Lannion will allow you to relax but also to do a good job for a clinic in Niger. The departure of the trail will take place at Trorozec in the direction of Quinquis and then Du castle before a return to Lannion along the banks of the Léguer valley.

The Lancieux golf course is a must for golfers staying on the Emerald Coast who will appreciate both the 9-hole course and the pitch & putt. On the beach or in the countryside, the walk allows you to cross land and sea in a magnificent setting. The Ty Haras is present in Lancieux during the summer and offers horseback riding in the open air. For all the family, the formulas are attractive. The little ones will be delighted to have their first ride on a pony and the teenagers will take a little more freedom by galloping the horses. The outings in the bay of Beaussais-sur-Mer are organized by level.

Philippe Devalan, fishing and nature guide, can fulfil all your marine dreams! Drift, trolling or even walking lure fishing, you will learn all about the ancestral art of recreational fishing. This fine connoisseur will meet you at the port of Erquy, from March to October, to let you benefit from his know-how aboard his Antioche 700. The equipment provided is of quality. Philippe is a pedagogue who will amaze your children and will satisfy beginners as well as experienced fishermen.

As well as donkeys, there are dwarf goats and pigs, Ouessant sheep, chickens, ducks... It's an educational farm that's fun to visit and highly participative. Florence and Philippe, who love donkeys, also offer self-guided rides of between an hour and a full day. You'll follow marked trails through the surrounding countryside, or all the way to the sea! Themed workshops are regularly organized, as are baby farm workshops for children under 3, focusing on sensory experiences.

On the shores of Lake Kerne Uhel, this association leisure centre offers a wide range of activities, supervised by state-certified instructors: archery, tree climbing, geocaching, orienteering, fishing, hiking and other natural activities. In the summer, a fixed programme of activities is offered as part of Cap Armor. Off-season, activities are also possible by reservation, especially for groups. If you register for an activity, you can pitch your tent in the small camping area, or sleep in one of the 4 Canadian tents, each with 5 places. On the hiking side, two signposted paths have been laid out. Many other hikes are possible.

This 18-holes golf course with one by 71 out of 5 743 metres offers you a course in the hinterlands and offers panoramic sea views from some privileged holes. It was designed by the English architect, Hawtree in 1963. Each hole has its own identity, allowing very different shots over the course. Wide fairways, gentle slopes and rough pratiquable allow the average player to get out honorably, with a fairly high slope. Note: Dogs on leash allowed on the course. After exercise, go for a trip to the club house for refreshments. You can stay on site at the hotel du golf.

CSO tours, initiation and competitions are offered to you at the Saint-Samson riding school, located on the Pink Granite Coast. You will be minutes away from the coastline and on the edge of the Saint-Samson golf course. 1 h or 2 h walks will allow you to cross the moorland by sea throughout the year. The opportunity to take a bit of height, for a pleasant discovery of the region.

Golf-club La Crinière also offers bed and breakfast accommodation in an ^18th-century manor house, a friendly clubhouse and a seminar room. In the clubhouse, you can dine on tasty dishes prepared and jarred by a top Dinan chef. Enjoy a brandade de cabillaud or a chicken colombo, for example (dishes vary weekly). Ideally located halfway between Saint-Brieuc and the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val André, Golf-club La Crinière boasts the charm of the countryside, just a stone's throw from the sea.
