In his human-sized structure, he makes you discover the most beautiful spots of the region, and offers first dives in the pool or at sea. The center also has two beautiful and fully equipped boats. From there, you will be able to discover the seabed of the Brehat archipelago and do a lot of beautiful explorations, in complete safety and in a really friendly atmosphere.

On the shores of Lake Kerne Uhel, this association leisure centre offers a wide range of activities, supervised by state-certified instructors: archery, tree climbing, geocaching, orienteering, fishing, hiking and other natural activities. In the summer, a fixed programme of activities is offered as part of Cap Armor. Off-season, activities are also possible by reservation, especially for groups. If you register for an activity, you can pitch your tent in the small camping area, or sleep in one of the 4 Canadian tents, each with 5 places. The Pléneuf-Val-André water sports centre allows you to discover kayaking, optimist, sand yacht, windsurfing, dinghy or catamaran all year round. In love with the sea, Antoine shares his passion for gliding, in complete safety, on the beaches between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, as well as at the foot of the cliffs of Plouha, depending on your level. Different formulas are proposed: discovery session, weekly training course, stroll in stand up paddle... With, each time, a playful and tested pedagogy, so that each one can progress at his own pace and according to his desires. Sessions last 2 hours (1h30 for 5-8 year olds), which gives you time to familiarise yourself with your board and the local wave.

Maël has a master's degree in environment, in addition to his surfing instructor diploma. He will make you benefit from his knowledge in ornithology and geology during the inflatable stand-up paddle rides, towards the Fréhel Cape. On the surfing side, you will learn to surf on the beaches of Sables d'Or (Fréhel), Saint-Pabu (Erquy) or Grèves d'en bas (Plévenon), according to the weather conditions. Training courses, private lessons and children's packages are available. The material is adapted, of quality and the teaching is clear and individualized.
