Near the bay of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, an 18-hole golf course for players of all levels. The setting is exceptional because it is in the middle of the natural park of the Cotentin and Bessin marshes, with the sea in the immediate vicinity (the wind and the sea spray shape here a wild and sublime nature). Nature is omnipresent and makes this golf course a place like nowhere else. A school has been created. You will also find a practice range and a putting green.

On the heights of La Glacerie, the Cherbourg golf course overlooks the city's harbour in a veritable green setting, so charming that it has been ranked one of the most beautiful courses in the region. The 9-hole course is fairly flat, with narrow fairways and small, well-designed greens. Conveniently accessible, it also offers lessons and equipment hire. A golf school is available for younger players, and please note that carts are prohibited to preserve the course.

This AAPPMA manages the Étang pond (0,8 ha) in Sourdeval. This 1 st class pond follows the general regulations on site. To access it, an additional contribution is requested. The association also deals with Sée and its tributaries in the first category, upstream of Cherence-le-Roussel. A rural and wild route where the waters are fougeuses and sports fishing.

The association takes care of a 7 km course on the river La Sée, Public domain, upstream of the mouth, of which the special route flies, its tributaries Le, Fire, Saint-Louis, the Sault-Besnon, the Palorette. There are some cotiers streams, the Lerre, the Chanteraine, the Lude, the Passous of Angey, and the René Forge water plan in Fumecon. Launched at the initiative of Franck and Hué Renault, the center of the same name begins, gradually, to make a good, and deserved, reputation in Cotentin. Dances, the place is done for you. Yes, you have read well: dances in the plural because here, you can't choose which one, between zumba, bachata, rock, tango, hip-hop, etc., you can choose several here. On Wednesdays, courses are dedicated mainly to children and, the rest of the week, courses are delivered late afternoon after work, an ideal time for relaxation! Covering a surface of 600 m ², Renault Danse has no less than three rooms, and even organizes dancing evenings.

The domain of La Carperie is indeed a vast park which proposes multiple animations: pedal boat, inflatable structures, trampoline, electric cars, miniature golf, mini-kart..., nothing is missing! Fishing enthusiasts have a beautiful pond to indulge their passion, and the complex has a nice restaurant where the dishes are generous. Finally, there are regular concerts. This summer, new inflatable structures, a "Ninja Warriors" course and concerts on Sundays are planned!

The Condé-sur-Vire leisure and canoeing base is located in the heart of the Vire valley, in a green setting with excellent transport links. Special mention should be made of the descent of the river Vire, with circuits ranging from 4 to 12 kilometers, which you can complete at your own pace: an experience worth trying!

Located at the entrance to the former commune of Beaumont-Hague, the Hague Horse Riding Stadium is a wonderful complex for horse riding enthusiasts, whether they are novices in the field, more experienced, or simply spectators of competitions. The backbone of the complex, the rural horse-riding society, has more than a hundred members who ride and learn on no less than 12 hectares divided into three areas, two sandy and one grassy.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skydiver, A'Air is a skydiving school which is not only for beginners, and also allows you to make your first jump - in tandem of course. You will of course be able to choose a video or photo option, and thus keep an incredible memory of this session, in a beautiful geographical area, sweeping the coast. Unique!

Located, as its name indicates, in the heart of the department, this 9-hole golf course, which offers a 2,800-meter course, is set in a green setting. Approved by the French federation, it offers to everyone, novice or confirmed, to evolve according to his level. The calm that reigns here makes it a renowned place. La Fosse-Arthour is one of the best known and most popular climbing sites in the Normandy bocage. This very hard sandstone bar offers a pleasant climb in this listed natural site. 160 routes are equipped with varying degrees of difficulty depending on your level - and your abilities! It is a beautiful kilometre-long walk along the Sélune River, from the village of Ducey to the entrance of the Ardennes wood. On a regular basis, you will be able to discover the surroundings and to find yourself geographically. Certified Tourism and Handicap, the site is accessible for disabled people and is a nice place to walk.

Fans, professionals and amateurs regularly meet on the green of the golf course of the coast of the islands. Its big advantage? A sandy ground, which is called "dry feet" because it allows playing in all weathers... A quality of ground essential given the local weather with, in addition, an exceptional environment! The 9-hole course, more technical than long, requires the golfer to deploy all his know-how.

Tennis Club Coutainville is a tennis club located in Agon-Coutainville. Founded in 1898, it offers a variety of activities linked to tennis, swimming, fitness and Nordic walking. The club offers tennis instruction for all levels, as well as summer camps. Registration for annual courses in 2023/2024 is now open. Tennis Club Coutainville is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, and is organizing various events to mark this special occasion.

In the centre of town, close to tourist attractions and shops, the 18-hole Coutainville Golf Course is only a short distance from the sea. 22 m x 44 m hall with stands, 400 m² dojo, 200 m² physical activity and expression room (APEX), 100 m² body-building room, 100 m² boxing room, 36 m x 36 m gymnasium (2 x 1,296 m² sports arenas), 800 m² 20 m x 40 m gymnasium, community facilities (including a clubhouse) and the Sports Department.

A flying club like no other for many reasons: firstly because of its location, a few minutes flight from Mont Saint-Michel, by the sea, what a pleasure! And also because the range of activities offered here is rich. You can become a pilot, and take the necessary tests, but also take your first flight and make initiation flights. The fleet, which includes no less than 6 planes, will invite you to take off for a flight over the Chausey Islands, for example, or Mont-Saint-Michel, a little further south!

The 1,345 m long track is now open to all and is ranked in the top ten French tracks, allowing it to host outings with friends and national-level competitions. And the circuit makes it a point of honour to welcome everyone: for the youngest, it is the driving school which allows them to practice mini-kart. In a group or in a company, from 10 drivers, you can take part in the challenges especially planned for you. Hourly packages are available for all those who want to drive safely on this track.

This pretty 9-hole golf course runs alongside the beach, so you can play in a particularly enchanting setting. Well-kept and dynamic, the course of this golf, long of more than 2,000 meters, is managed by the sports association of the Golf of Bréhal. A place of competitions, it is also, provided you have a licence, accessible to all. Note the particularly low prices for such a beautiful place! The Hague Model Air Club is a model airplane club located in Flottemanville-Hague, in the town of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. Since 1974, the club has been offering model airplane activities, with competitions and regular meetings. The club has had premises financed by the commune since 2019, as well as two asphalt runways. It has around 60 members, including more than 15 competitors in various categories (planes, gliders, helicopters, models). The club has won numerous titles, with over 63 gold, 20 silver and 27 bronze medals, including 14 individual and team world championship titles. The Hague Model Air Club also organizes events such as open days and large glider meetings, and recently hosted the French Aerobatic Championship in 2023.

Europe's largest artificial harbour is home to one of those sports where conviviality is the watchword. Whether you're a sailor or a beginner, sea kayaking offers the advantage of being able to navigate without any apprehension and enjoy the scenery. The club is also a school for paddling, eskimo rolling, ocean racing, surfing, skiing and pirogue. All instructors are state-qualified. The club also offers training for the FFCK initiator's diploma, sea option of the Normandy league.

In July and August, the aubaine club set up its summer quarters at the peak of Agon! And there is the passport for freedom and large spaces, for the great pleasure of ponies and horses and cavaliers. Michel Leroty organizes internships during school holidays and prepares for «gallop». The mini-riders can start initiation from 5 years.

On the Sée and Sélune rivers, the Avranche canoe club, starting from the Parisy leisure centre, offers you many trips. On site, you can hire equipment for a trip on the water, either on your own or accompanied. If you are a tourist, you can choose to learn or improve your skills, or to discover this pleasure without any fear. The club also welcomes groups, schoolchildren and holiday centres. You can also choose to go out beyond the base and sail around the Mont-Saint-Michel.

This is a karting centre to discover or rediscover, with a wide range of hours and time to spend a good moment of relaxation. It is also possible to reserve this space for events such as seminars, birthdays and, in general, your private moments. You can also organise your challenges between friends, a rare offer today in the sector. Finally, the place proposes various animations, like these 24 hours (yes, like at the Circuit de Le Mans!) which are held in May!

On this vast beach between the nose of Jobourg and the cape of Flamanville, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at sand yachting. And if there is one place in the Manche where you can enjoy this sport, it is this part of the west coast of the Cotentin, judging by the colourful sails that fly at full speed on the magnificent (and often deserted) beach. For the discovery and initiation sessions, ask beforehand to prepare this experience.

It is in the heart of the Boisjugan urban park of 50 hectares that this pretty golf course is located. It is a precision course where beginners or experienced players will find their happiness. Very beautiful greens where players will have the pleasure to learn the swing or to work on the approach shots in order to improve their handicap. A qualified instructor supervises young people who want to discover this sport. Occasional amateurs can rent equipment on site. A friendly golf course with very attractive prices.

The site is ideal for the operation of a horse breeding. About 20 horses and ponies are allowed here in pension or half board, for breeding, training or competition. The quality of the centre, which is also known as the École Français d'Riding Riding, is the preserve and care of animals. By coming here to discover the joys of the horse to your children or to offer you a little walk, perhaps you will be marrying Laurine Liotard, a young hope for equestrian competition. For Sylvain Liotard, the ambition is to meet with 19 new boxes, 11 of which are reserved for competition. The equestrian centre offers horse riding in the dunes and the surrounding area of Port-Leaseback for groups of between 10 and 12 people. From April 2009, you will also be able to take part in half-days of hiking with a meal step.

Zip lines, nets, footbridges and bridges line Forest Adventure. The park is family-friendly, and colours indicate levels of difficulty. Climbers, runners, budding stuntmen, go for it! Thrill-seekers will no doubt dare to let themselves be tempted by the park's latest attraction: the speed roll, a rotating zip line suspended 15 metres above the ground. Like a bird, you will go around the park above the trees. A great experience.

Discovering the region while doing sports, and not just any sports, is a good idea! The Club Kayak Granville-Chausey is there for that. In addition to river kayaking, practiced on the Sienne, you can navigate on the open sea, and go to the archipelago located opposite Granville! Whether you want to start practising this discipline regularly or whether you intend to offer yourself (or someone else) a baptism, this is the place to be!

On the beach, in Siouville-Hague, all the options are open to you all year round! The youngest are welcomed at the wave garden. Equipment rental to surfers, organization of days with other organizations, opening of activities to the disabled, training, licenses... And because we don't surf at random on the waves, the organization takes care of your safety : all the instructors are qualified with the national water rescue certificate

These two ponds, fed by the Bief des Quatre Moulins, are located to the south of the town. Surrounded by greenery, including vast grassy areas, it's a popular place for families to stroll, with plenty of games for children and a mini-golf course. From mid-July, the town council is installing an inflatable sports field where you can play beach soccer, beach volleyball and sandball, in other words, beach soccer, volleyball and handball. Pets are welcome.

It is in the east of the city, this vast space of 500 m² on which you can devote yourself to the pleasures of rollerblading! Here, everyone is free: you can dance, do a few laps around the track, let off steam in complete safety. In the heart of Barneville-Carteret, the Parc des Douits is a privileged space, both sunny and shady. The mini-golf at the Parc des Douits has become a traditional meeting place. For more than twenty years, young and old have come to learn how to use the club: in the shade of the pines, the playful and hilly course will make you spend a pleasant moment. The more sporty ones will also be able to take a few more strides and find four tennis courts nearby.

Opened a few months ago on the site of a former sunflower-type swimming pool, Freedôm has taken its place by offering a concept that's unique in the city. Here, sport and culture are one and the same: you can practice bouldering, with numerous modules for everyone to enjoy, as well as simulator golf and yoga, for example. And that's not all: as a convivial venue, you can come here for a drink, discover exhibitions, or organize your private or professional events: a multi-faceted venue!

Here is a magnificent track, open to all, which will make you vibrate on the asphalt, in the heart of the marshes! Of course, you can practice karting or motorcycling in classic sessions, but many challenges are also organized here, allowing spectators to enjoy high-flying races. Note also the possibility to drive in two-seater, a rare thing not devoid of sensations. Children love it and have dedicated sessions. Finally, Kartdrive has its own snack bar with simple dishes, and an outdoor terrace.

This is a must for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, just a few kilometres from the Cherbourg area! At the heart of this Sport-Nature area on the Saint-Gabriel moor, there are many activities on offer! From mountain biking to archery and golf, everything is there to please both amateur and seasoned sportsmen and women! Unique in the region: orienteering is also possible here!

You will be here in the calm of the Granvillais hinterland, full of peace and quiet, and conducive to concentration! And it will take a lot to walk this 18-hole mini-golf course, very well maintained and offering original courses that will leave no one indifferent. Opened a few months ago in the heart of Saint-Sauveur, this is a place like no other. The brainchild of Marie-Odile and Bruno, the Nid de la Linotte is not just a store dedicated to knitting. Of course, you'll find knitting balls, knitting advice and dedicated events (the "tricothés"), but that's not all. You can come here for tea, brunch or one of the little marvels cooked on the premises: it's simple and good, all in a lovely atmosphere.
