Founded by two friends in professional reconversion, Mélody Humbert and Maxime Bejot, who have become self-taught brewers, the microbrewery has already made a good place for itself on the shelves already full of beers from Auvergne. Blonde, IPA, Stout, Pale Ale, and even some original and ephemeral productions, are available in organic stores, in some bars and restaurants, on markets, but also in direct sales. To distinguish the brand, follow the origami bird that decorates the bottles! Inside, you will find only the essential ingredients for making a beer, from organic farming. This true ethical choice gives an additional flavor.

The cellar is located on the same street as Delirium Café, a must for beer lovers. The shelves display hundreds of varieties: local, Belgian, English, New Zealand, North American... The house also rents beer taps. L'Empire du Malt is a wholesaler with more than 500 references of French and international beers, 40 references of kegs, and is a partner of the Grizzly microbrewery and the Le Brew pub, neighbors of the Brézet store. Other stores and bars are located in Gerzat and Mozac: a real empire!

Since 2021, this young craft microbrewery has been producing beers with local flavors, using cereals grown and malted in Auvergne and organic raw materials (hazelnut flour, lemon thyme, garden sage...). You will discover a range of four beers - white, blonde, amber and IPA - as well as ephemeral beers according to the seasons and occasions. Beers are settling in the department and in the Sancy. But these beers from Auvergne are unlike any others. Nicolas and Charlotte Dauchy offer 100% malt and organic beers, with no artificial flavoring, no added sugar, no coloring and maximum flavor. The raw materials (malt and cereals) are chosen as far as possible from regional production. The formula works: 5 Gold and Silver award-winning beers, including 2 Double Gold medals at the Gilbert & Gaillard International Competition. Tours and tastings are available.

Founded in 2017, Billd Brewery continues to innovate and grow. At first, Laurent launched his first productions in his garage. Then, three years later, the brewery moved into its current location, which is expanding again this year. Pale Ale, Amber Ale, IPA, triple, stout, Pils lager, american lager, milk stout... the range diversifies and seduces a great number of beer lovers. The opening of the brewpub allows you to discover and rediscover them. They are also available to take away. And what does Billd stand for? It is the initials of each member of the founding family: Bières Ingrid Lucas Laurent Dutheil.

Pale Ale, IPA, milksout...: do these words speak to you? These are the styles of beers that Justin, a brewer who arrived straight from California in 2014, wanted to introduce. Since 2016, his recipes have seduced Clermont-Ferranders but not only! In 2018, Golden Bridge won the award for best IPA and was voted "revelation" beer in the France Beer Challenge competition! Grizzly is an entire concept, developed with Empire du Malt, where cans can be purchased. The microbrewery is accompanied by a pub, Le Brew, where you can taste Grizzly beers.

White, blonde, amber, brown, ale, lager: beer lovers are bound to find their happiness here. Created by Gaëtan, Mathias, Joshua and Bronwyn, this store is specialized in craft beers. From the United States to Estonia, through Auvergne, 300 references are available. New to the subject? Don't hesitate to ask for advice. You can even find Anglo-Saxon brands of cider, to discover! If the names of the partners tell you something, it's normal, they are the managers of Salvation Jane in Clermont-Ferrand.

Gaëtan Bouyer, from Clermont-Ferrand's Salvation Jane pub, and Guillaume Aucouturier have opened their brew pub in the place of a famous restaurant. The vaulted hall houses the bar and restaurant area, where you can enjoy their different beers. Upstairs, their microbrewery, where recipes and beers come to life. The choice is wide: a dozen draught beers should be on offer. You're bound to like one of them! A menu of flammekueche, hot dogs, burgers and truffles, of course, accompanies the beers.

Brew a beer with a unique taste - your own - and discover how water is transformed into beer. The team offers its know-how to create a beer that reflects your image. Everything is provided, from ingredients to labels. All you have to do is follow the instructions. Choose a base and personalize it with a wide choice of hops and spices.
