Pale Ale, IPA, milksout...: do these words speak to you? These are the styles of beers that Justin, a brewer who arrived straight from California in 2014, wanted to introduce. Since 2016, his recipes have seduced Clermont-Ferranders but not only! In 2018, Golden Bridge won the award for best IPA and was voted "revelation" beer in the France Beer Challenge competition! Grizzly is an entire concept, developed with Empire du Malt, where cans can be purchased. The microbrewery is accompanied by a pub, Le Brew, where you can taste Grizzly beers.

Franchement petite microbrasserie, super sympa détente, nous sommes allés en couple pour se détendre après le travail et franchement c’était super pas trop de bruit et on a pu profiter des bières artisanales que font cette brasserie et la cuisine est bonne, je recommande.
