The vineyard almost disappeared until it was resurrected in 1987 with the arrival of the Errecart couple, assisted by their son Peio, on the 8.5-hectare estate on steep hillsides. Domaine Gutuzia, represented by Cécile and Sébastien, is located in the hills above Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry. AOC Irouléguy, it produces a Tannat-based rosé, a Gros and Petit Manseng-based white and tannic Tannat-based reds vinified in Dolia (amphorae). An educational visit to a vineyard is a must (except for the tasting). We also offer a 47 m² mobile home.
