Creative and rooted cuisine in this excellent Michelin-starred restaurant (the only one in the region). Juanjo Pérez and Yolanda León serve seasonal cuisine of great finesse, in a contemporary but not stuffy decor. The reception is very simple and everything is designed to make you feel at ease. The wine list is extensive, which you will discover simply by looking at the walls of the cellar. Excellent value for money for a restaurant of this category!

A gastrobar in due form, serving inventive dishes in mini format: caramelized liver tapa with applesauce, excellent Kobe beef burger, eggplant roll with piquillo cream, marinated sardine with grapefruit vinaigrette... And our favourite: the squid sandwich! All this can be enjoyed around the bar in a modern bistro setting, with old black and white photos, and on the slate, the list of tapas and wines available by the glass. A must stop on the tapas route in Logroño.

A must-see gastrobar on Calle San Juan, where exquisite tapas, pintxos and raciones are served around high tables. Fish and shellfish are the main attraction: the tuna tataki is a classic of the house. But don't forget to try the carrillera simmered in red wine... Wine obviously plays a key role in the restaurant's offer: more than a hundred references are offered by the glass, in addition to a superb selection of bottled wines. A convivial canteen to taste around large wooden tablets the traditional pulpo feigned with pimentón. The octopus, cut before your eyes, is a freshness. Very good atmosphere!

You will probably notice a large steaming pot of bean soup: help yourself, it's on the house! The restaurant is located in the basement, in a beautiful modern and warm setting, which opens onto a charming garden. The à la carte menu serves creative cuisine, executed with brio. The Bar Gaucho is an authentic and ancient institution in Pamplona, whose counter is besieged by customers both in winter and summer! The Asador El Fogón de Etayo is our favourite address in Puente La Reina, where you can enjoy excellent regional cuisine in a pleasant setting, blending old stone with contemporary details. Grilled meat and fish, fresh vegetables from the garden (artichokes, asparagus, peppers, etc.): this restaurant relies on good seasonal produce to offer traditional dishes. Don't miss the pochas au chorizo, a very tasty white bean soup, as well as the unavoidable grilled meats "a la parilla".

Iago Pazos and Marcos Cerqueiro, creators of Abastos 2.0, pride themselves on serving food so fresh that they don't need a refrigerator! Their gastronomic concept is divided into two spaces: on the one hand, the tavern, located in the heart of the Abastos market, and on the other, the restaurant, with its chic and modern setting. Every day they offer a menu based on three different fish dishes in the tavern. Obviously, the dishes change according to the inspiration of the day and especially the products of the market. In the famous and busy Calle Laurel, this popular bar is famous for its mushroom pintxos. They are cooked a la plancha and topped with a small gamba. Simple and effective. Besides, you can't go wrong, the sign of the bar represents a mushroom and two gambas! Of course this pintxo is not the only one on the menu, and a wide selection awaits you. The atmosphere is relaxed, mixing locals, pilgrims and tourists. A very good place to meet people of all kinds on the sidelines of the Compostela route.
