The estate covers 19.5 hectares, including 18 hectares of Cabernet Franc, plus half a hectare of Chenin. The domain benefits from the Organic Agriculture appellation. In this domain, you will find great wines, such as Les Puys, Les Cinq Pères, Le Clos de la Roche or Les Galuches... Wines of pleasure and ageing with aromas of wild strawberry or violet. Nearly 150 winegrowers have joined together in a cooperative to bring their vineyards to life. Today, the House has an elegant collection of "Brut de Loire" with its vintage vintages Saphir, Trésor, Instinct; a unique know-how in the art of blending and vinification of Chenin and Chardonnay grapes. A beautiful Art Deco building, the Gratien & Meyer house in Saumur is nestled into the hillside and offers an exceptional panorama of the Loire River. A visit to the cellars takes us back to the Middle Ages, when the tufa stone galleries were dug, and to the ^19th century, when Alfred Gratien and Jean-Albert Meyer developed their fine bubbly wines. These wines are available in white, red and rosé, as well as champagne (Alfred Gratien d'Épernay), and can of course be tasted at the end of the tour.

Settled since 2013 in Azay-le-Rideau, Angélique and Quentin Bourse run a 12-hectare estate, certified organic. On this ridellois terroir, the vines are planted with chenin, grolleau de Cinq-Mars, côt, gamay, chaudenay and cabernet franc. The natural wines, grand cru or table wines, are fine but each has its own powerful character. It's not for nothing that the producer is also called the winegrower of angels! Together with winegrowers, brewers or according to his wishes, he also regularly creates original concept vintages.

Château de Coulaine is an old family estate, handed down from generation to generation. Vines have been grown here since the ^15th century. In 1534, Coulaine was mentioned by François Rabelais in Gargantua. The Véron vineyard is one of the oldest in Touraine. It is generally said that this terroir gives the wines of the Chinon appellation more roundness than those of other sectors or neighbouring appellations. In the 16th century, Rabelais already spoke of " this good Bretonwine which does not grow in Breton but in this good country of Véron ". Since its opening in 2004, in the center of Beaumont-sur-Véron, the vast and elegant Maison des Vins du Véron, remarkable with its cellars in the tufa stone with sculpted walls, presents and defends 23 winegrowers of the Véron region who benefit from the AOC Chinon.
