La Belle Gabrielle is the store where the wines produced by the cooperative uniting about a hundred wine growers of the Essoyes region are sold under the name "Champagne Charles Collin", named after one of the founders. "La Belle Gabrielle" is not only the name of the establishment, but also that of one of the vintages of Charles Collin, which you can buy in this store located near the Espace Renoir. The house cultivates 2 ha of vines and sources 5 ha from other winegrowers. The house's vines, planted in the late ^19th century, enabled Marcel Vézien to create his own champagne in 1956. The cuvée Effervescence 56 bears witness to this.
