For several years, biodynamic farming has been used, as well as animal traction, for old vines. What characterizes the De Sousa champagnes, the brilliant results on the traditional vintages as well as on the particular vintages, in particular this rosé of bleeding associated with the rosé of assembly, or the cuvée 3A (for Avize, Aÿ, Ambonnay). Richard and Véronique Petit cultivate with love 2 magnificent terroirs classified as Grands Crus and make their own wines with patience and high standards. The range is now composed of 3 great vintages: Nuit Blanche, Ambrosie and Nymphea. At the tasting, we had a weakness for the first one. Grand Cru de la Côte des Blancs born in 2009, this champagne is a 100% chardonnay with a nice nose. The vineyard is located in 8 communes stretching from the Marne valley to the Côte des Blancs: Trelou, Soilly, Try, Reuil, Venteuil, Mardeuil, Cramant and Avize. Located on the terroir classified as a Grand Cru of Avize, near the Place Léon Bourgeois, and certified "Vignobles et Découvertes", the House welcomes a large number of visitors each year. The vineyard extends over 12 hectares and allows the elaboration of beautiful Cuvées fully representative of their terroirs of origin. You will have the choice between the Cuvée Carte Blanche which is ideal for the aperitif, the Cuvée Réserve Brut, a blend that can accompany the whole meal or the Cuvée Marie-Joséphine dedicated to Marie-Joséphine Lanaud. Deregard-Massing was founded in 1936 on the Côte des Blancs. The Brut Grande Réserve cuvée, for example, is predominantly Pinot Meunier, and can be summed up in one word: supple. Chardonnay adds finesse and fruitiness. The Brut Premier Cru also charms the palate, with its robust structure and white fruit. For lovers of rosé champagne, the Cuvée Rosé Premier Cru is a gentle pleasure. The estate has been under the direction of Lionel Chardonnet, third generation winemaker, since 1990. The estate took a real turn when Lionel's parents decided to vinify some of their grapes themselves and not to go through a wine merchant. Since then, Lionel and his wife, Valérie, have been carrying on the tradition and lovingly running this 100% classified grand cru estate. For the various vintages that the house produces, we will obviously mention the Brut Tradition and the bottle-aged Reserve cuvée.

Spread over 17 communes, 3 of which are Grand Cru, the family vineyards of Maison Le Brun Servenay represent around 7 hectares of vines, some of which are octogenarian. These are the vines used to produce the 2005 Chardonnay cuvée. The other wines (Exhilarante 2004, Sélection NM, Rosé NM, Réserve NM, Cuvée XB 25, Cuvée XB 32), which have code names from spy films, are wines to treasure in your cellar.

The family has its origins in Chouilly, from the first acre acquired more than 200 years ago to the almost 30 hectares exploited today. Located exclusively in Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, 95% of the vineyard is planted with Grand Cru chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. Experience and tradition, combined with state-of-the-art techniques, guarantee a high standard of quality. Produced with respect for nature, two of our wines have been a great success: Champagne Brut Réserve, a 100% chardonnay, and Cuvée Grand Bouquet 2008, an open wine with notes of citrus and frangipane. The estate's cellars are located on rue des Tarnauds and can be visited by appointment. The estate's presses, vat room and laboratory are just some of the "curiosities" that will give you an insight into the champagne-making process. Cuvée Origine, a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, is a non-vintage brut aged for 3 years on laths. At the tasting session, you can sample 2-3 champagnes. Near the winery, you'll find the Jardin des Vignes, a museographic space where you can learn about the terroir of Champagne and how the vines are cultivated.

Manufactureurs de Grands Crus. Throughout the year, the company works sustainably on a charming 9-hectare vineyard, 7 of which are planted with Chardonnay Grand Cru. The wines are matured on a parcel-by-parcel basis to preserve all the specificities of each microterroir. The range comprises 6 wines with intriguing and original names: Author 2012, Redblend 9208, MG BB Vintage, MG BB Spirit, MG BB Nature and MG BB Sugar Vision. Anchored in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the Nicolas Feuillatte estate brings together, in a unique cooperative model, 4,500 winegrowers with incomparable know-how and invites you to an extraordinary visit that will charm the senses. The tour plunges visitors into the heart of the stages of champagne production, with an impressive view of 200 vats lined up. The tour ends with a commented tasting of one to three champagnes from the range, depending on the formula chosen.

Jacques Diebolt, the current manager, learned his trade from his grandfather who owned 5 hectares of vines in Cramant. 1978 marked a real turning point in the history of the estate with the construction of a vast cellar opposite the house. Passionate winegrowers for 5 generations, the Crépaux family owns vineyards in different areas of the Champagne region such as the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims or the Vallée de la Marne. Belonging to a family whose name comes from a Belgian family who settled in Damery, the village where Nicolas Suenen, his great-great-great-grandfather, was born, Aurélien Suenen is a very conscientious winegrower who has been able to rethink the cultivation of his family's vineyard, in a reasoned way with practices that had been abandoned, and the abandonment of certain others (use of herbicides). The vineyard extends over the Côte des Blancs and some beautiful plots (Chouilly, Cramant) as well as the Saint-Thierry massif for the pinot meunier.

Welcome to the Domaine Proy Goulard currently managed by Lucile and Alexandre. The duo manages a vineyard of 4.5 ha. The vines, 35 years old, are planted on terroirs with a strong identity thanks to clay-silt, sandy-silt and chalky soils. This diversity offers a rich and complex aromatic palette. A natural and traditional vinification, an ageing time between 2 and 7 years as well as a low dosage allow the champagnes to express all the typicity of the terroirs they embody. 5 wines are to be discovered.

Champagne Élodie D is a women's story, and has been for 8 generations! Today, the estate is certified as a High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture. 6 fine, delicately crafted Premier Cru champagnes to discover in their floral dressings: Brut, Demi-Sec, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé de Saignée, Belle Âme (100% Pinot Noir Vintage) and Résurgence (also a Blanc de Noirs Vintage). The house of Alfred Gratien needs no introduction. Since 1864, this Champagne landmark has passed through the hands of four generations of cellar masters, in the purest respect for family traditions. Founded in 1947, Champagne Jacquinot et Fils is located in the hills above Épernay, a stone's throw from the Avenue de Champagne. The range comprises 5 cuvées, starting with Brut Private Cuvée, the House's Brut sans année, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Millésimée Symphonie Brut is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Cuvée Symphonie Rosé is made only in the very best years. In the glass, these wines offer a gentle melody.

5 generations of winegrowers have worked on this estate, founded in 1822, which today boasts 15 hectares of vines, predominantly Chardonnay and Meunier. A mosaic of plots in the best terroirs gives Bauget-Jouette champagnes their distinctive character. This house was created at the beginning of the th century by Charles-Emile Ellner. His son and grandson contributed to his development. As a trader-manipulating in 1972, its vineyard covers 55 ha spread over 15 communes, including the Côtes-d'Epernay. Even today, the family structure shares responsibilities. The cellars spread over 2 km of galleries and contain 2 500 000 to 3 000 000 bottles. The house develops a wide range of champagnes: The Cuvée of Raw Reserve combines 40% of Pinot Noir and 60% of Chardonnay that ages 4 to 5 in cellar, white white, first cru, vintage champagnes. There is also rosé champagne, a rosé of assembly that blends Pinot noir and chardonnay equally. The moment of tasting is in the reception lounge where you will see a collection of pretty flutes on display. In order to better discover its range or to make it fun, the house offers Variation, tasting and seduction boxes which serve several vintages.

Thanks to a participative financing, the Tête de Chou brewery was able to be built on the heights of Mancy opposite the Côte des Blancs. Beer made up of 90% water is the main element during brewing and needless to say, in the region with chalky basements, it is particularly mineral, which makes it a unique beer. Amber, blonde, brown and white, in Champagne we don't only make bubbles!

The Maison Esterlin was born from the union of 3 families who were able to federate 29 members for a surface of 23 ha. Over time, this cooperative has been able to attract many other talents. The structure is located at number 25 of the famous avenue de Champagne. 8 exceptional champagnes are to be discovered, including the Cléo BDB 2010, partially vinified in barrels.
