Behind the high wrought iron gates that line this remarkable site, you can admire the late 19th century mansions of the houses of Auban-Moët, Chandon, Maigret, Gallice, de Billy or Mercier. The Millesium is the Parc des Expositions in Epernay. Only this house remains the facade you can see in the courtyard of the old library. It operates a vineyard of 16 hectares divided on the White in most of which Mesnil-sur-Oger (grand cru) and Mont-Aimé (premier crus), including in Epernay and Vitry-le-François. These vineyards, encépagées to 99 discount from chardonnay and 1 of Pinot Noir, aged 6 to 70 years old and have worked in sustainable viticulture. A visit to the farm allows you to discover modern buildings, a pneumatic presses and an air-conditioned fermenting room. The champagne Doquet-Jeanmaire it is a good selection of wines including vintage "Dry white ideal Selection of white" accompanied by seafood.
