The tasting cellar of J.-M. Gobillard et Fils is a convivial place to taste the production of the house. There is no tour of the winery but explanations on the know-how and the champagnes. Only the first pressed wines, or cuvées, are selected by Thierry Gobillard, oenologist. This family business exploits 25 hectares of vines essentially located in the first growth of Hautvillers, and completes with purchases of grapes from local producers.

Champagne Vincent d'Astrée is easily found with an entrance framed by two colossal statues: they represent the famous Dom Pérignon and the monk Jean Oudart (his oenologist). The house was created in 1956 and now has more than 240 families on 85 hectares of classified^1er Cru vineyards. In the great Champagne tradition, it produces a fruity champagne composed of 50% pinot meunier, 25% pinot noir and 25% chardonnay in a range of 8 cuvées.

A rarity in Champagne, this beautiful House was founded ex nihilo by a young entrepreneurial couple with a passion for the world of wine. Through the names of their cuvées, Pauline and Guillaume revisit major themes (man, action, time and mutual aid) and invite you to set out to conquer your destiny. Our favorite is Kosmos, a delicate, floral 100% Chardonnay. The duo also founded the Bonvalet distillery, based on the principle of a circular economy. You can also spend the night in their home! Founded in 1963, the House is today managed by Bruno, Marielle and their 2 children. Independent winegrowers, harvesters and handlers, they meticulously elaborate their wines from A to Z, in which we find all the typicity and authenticity of the Verneuil terroir. Aware of environmental issues, the House is committed to a meticulous and thoughtful viticulture thanks to a perfect osmosis between reasoned practice and ancient methods. No less than 15 champagnes extremely well worked both on the substance and on the form are to be discovered.

Founded in 1859, the Domaine has recently given itself a facelift with a new cellar and a large parking lot to welcome visitors. The welcome is synonymous with good humor. On the champagne side, a special mention goes to the Cuvée Excellence, the fruit of a single year's harvest and a blend of 50% chardonnay and 50% meunier. A cellar that will awaken all your senses! At La Fontaine des Sens, you will find a wide range of wines from the four corners of France and elsewhere, unusual wines, champagnes from small producers and great estates, but also spirits: rum, whiskey and armagnac for those who love strong alcohols. Wine also means cheese! On the grocery side, the house also offers a selection of mature cheeses, spices, oils and local products, all ingredients to enhance and perfect your tasting.

The Tribaut family story begins with grandfather Gaston, who acquired his first vines in 1935 and bequeathed his "G." to the estate. Today, Valérie and Vincent, his grandchildren, have taken up the family torch. The estate has come a long way to respect tradition, of course, but is also at the cutting edge of modernity: gleaming stainless steel vats, a VIP cellar and a reception room illuminated by a magnificent panoramic bay window overlooking the vines and the hills.

Place splendid and in charge of history, these cellars date from the 12th century and were dug to extract the stone necessary to the construction from the medieval fortress of Château-Thierry. The cellars Basket are born in these places at the beginning of the 20th century, when Louis-Eugène Pannier, who had founded his house with Dizy close to Epernay, finds here the perfect place to cope with the development of his company and for the development of champagne. Today this house belongs to a union of producers. Opened on the whole of Champagne, it profits from supplies of quality on the valley of the Marne, the mountain of Reims and the coast of the White, which represents a vineyard of 600 ha. Inspired by Biodynamic viticulture, Marc's wife Emmanuelle has breathed her creative spirit into the world of Champagne AUGUSTIN cuvées. Every aspect, from identity and names to colors and materials, faithfully reflects the House's philosophy. These cuvées, rooted in the elements of nature, are the authentic reflection of their parcels. No artificial manipulations, just the pure expression of terroir. Marc and Emmanuel call themselves "coeurviculteur": they want to grow and mature their champagnes from the heart.

Connecting with life.Certified "High Environmental Value" and "Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne", this fabulous family estate is continuing to convert part of its vineyard to organic farming. The owners, independent winegrowers, will give you a 30-minute tour of their Maison before introducing you to their wines. Their trilogy of parcels is a particular highlight: Prôle, Côte de Chignon and Tortelue. Sumptuous!

You'll discover a charming house with a family history stretching back nearly 70 years. Today, Sébastien and his wife Carole cultivate the 5 ha of vines with great care and attention to detail. The range of wines is of the highest quality. Among the cuvées, you'll particularly appreciate the Signature Extra-Brut. This house belongs to the Cercle des créateurs de champagnes confidentiels, a group of only nine talented producers.

Since 1880, when the first vines were planted, the vineyard has gained in reputation and seriousness. Owner-managers for over 5 generations, their vineyards are cultivated using traditional methods with 2 grape varieties, pinot noir and chardonnay. The rich, well-balanced style of their cuvées perfectly reflects the typicity of this beautiful terroir. The wines are highly expressive. A visit and tasting in their cellars is an unusual and atypical experience. You'll have an unforgettable champagne experience!

Since 1982, when Daniel Laurent and his wife Martine took over the estate, Domaine Laurent Gabriel has forged a solid reputation in the region. The company's cuvées are produced from the property's three hectares of vines on the slopes of Avenay-Val-d'Or (Premier Cru) and Avize (Grand Cru). The Cuvée Grande Réserve, composed of 75% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay and 5% meunier, particularly seduced us with its notes of cooked peach and honey. Divine with honey-marinated duck kebabs!

The history of the domain is quite original, since its founder hesitated for a long time between his 2 passions: champagne and aviation, an activity that allowed him to rub shoulders with Mermoz and Saint-Exupéry! Since the 1990s, it is Brice who runs this sparkling house. The 6 ha vineyard is spread over 3 renowned terroirs: Avenay Val d'Or, Mutigny and Oger. The vines are pampered in the respect of nature. A favorite is their Rosé premier cru, a 100% pinot noir and their 2015 vintage with fine notes of candied fruits, hazelnut and acacia honey.
