The tasting cellar of J.-M. Gobillard et Fils is a convivial place to taste the production of the house. There is no tour of the winery but explanations on the know-how and the champagnes. Only the first pressed wines, or cuvées, are selected by Thierry Gobillard, oenologist. This family business exploits 25 hectares of vines essentially located in the first growth of Hautvillers, and completes with purchases of grapes from local producers.

la cave de dégustation est superbe, qu'il y ai du monde ou non on s'occupe de vous avec le sourire, le champagne est excellent bref cela ne fait que la 4 èmes fois qu'on y va et on est toujours ravis
a magnificent champage, fine bubble, gourmet, expressive. Basically a real 1st Wines. Buy without hesitate
