This small room is discreetly located under the Saint-Jacques viaduct. How does it work? A multifunctional space, focused on culture, music, creation and sharing. The space can be adapted to suit different uses. On one side, an area with wooden furniture adaptable to any event. On the other, a studio for artistic creation and concerts. The place is starting to make a name for itself among Clermont-Ferranders, both for the conferences and meetings that take place here, and for the artist residencies, concerts, screenings and private parties. The team is friendly and welcoming, and the approach is promising.

Clermont-Ferrand has not finished moving thanks to this new showroom located in Brézet! At its head: a quartet of shock, formed by the musicians, technicians and producers of Upperground Production. Up to 300 people can be gathered to listen to a musical program of choice, which gives pride of place to urban and Afro music, but not only... Once a month, it's time to rock! Humor and stand-up comedy are also part of the program, during the " Rimshot Comedy". Local, national and even international artists are carefully chosen.
