Gourmet discovery of a Dauphiné biscuit factory created by Maurice Louvat in 1954 and taken over by the children Maryvonne and Gérard Louvat. Cakes, pastry meringues, coconut rocks, meringue macaroons, dry petits fours, Dauphinois shortbread, chocolate chip palets, marmalade glasses... are made by hand according to traditional recipes. Since 1952, Biscuiterie Carpentier - a family-run business run by Christophe, a third-generation cookie maker - has been handcrafting cookies according to traditional recipes.
