Gourmet discovery of a Dauphiné biscuit factory created by Maurice Louvat in 1954 and taken over by the children Maryvonne and Gérard Louvat. Cakes, pastry meringues, coconut rocks, meringue macaroons, dry petits fours, Dauphinois shortbread, chocolate chip palets, marmalade glasses... are made by hand according to traditional recipes. We fell in love with their new creation, the "Bounty of the Alps". Guided tour, films are on the program. The shop also offers various regional products.
