Since 1952, Biscuiterie Carpentier - a family-run business run by Christophe, a third-generation cookie maker - has been handcrafting cookies according to traditional recipes. Quality products and marvels to savour, starting with the traditional almond and hazelnut macaroon, and some fifty varieties of petits fours to suit all tastes. In season, there are crisp, soft bugnes, and chartreuse specialties at the end of the year. Aperitif puff pastries and cocktails. Pleasures to share.
