This brewery, whose premises are located in Gimont, is in the hands of two professionals. Alexis has always been a brewer; Charlotte has mainly evolved in the world of organic and sustainable development. These two have naturally combined their passions and convictions to start producing "eco-artisan" beers, as they like to say. Charlotte and Alexis propose a range of blondes and browns, but also a redhead, a blondinette, a black Gers, a Gimontoise..

The initials BC stand for Bertrand Cayrel, a local boy who became a wine merchant in the 2000s, and is now one of the best ambassadors for Gascony wines. For it is the finest estates in the Gers that are honored here, in Côtes-de-gascogne, madiran, pacherenc du vic-bilh... not forgetting the armagnacs. Bertrand Cayrel, a true enthusiast, has established solid links with the producers he represents. He makes a point of selling these carefully selected wines at estate prices. In a small street behind the town hall, this shop is divided into two windows and two rooms around a wine shop and a selection of delicatessen products. The south-west, the Gers and the Savès are more particularly highlighted through products of excellent quality, stamped, artisanal, farm and/or organic. Local wines, micro-brewery beers, duck and goose preserves, cassoulets, a hint of violet and many other gastronomic products are on the shelves. An address for the aesthete.
