The L'Isle-Jourdain leisure park covers almost 25 hectares to the west of the town, and includes a picnic area. Two artificial lakes fed by the Save river offer a wide range of activities. Electrically-assisted bicycles are available all year round from the tourist office, or you can explore the hiking trails on foot. There are four of them, each with a different theme: a cycling trail, an artistic discovery trail through the murals of L'Isle-Jourdain, a turnkey tour of the historic town center, and a heritage discovery rally for children. The skate park, city stadium, beach volleyball court, petanque courts, fitness area and tennis courts, located between the two lakes, are also accessible all year round. April marks the start of the season. The heated swimming pool boasts an ideal temperature of 28°C for aquagym, aquabike or swimming lessons. Adrenalin junkies and wakeboarders return to the waterski lift. Tricks are performed using structures placed on the lake. It's not until May, when the lake is a little warmer, that paddleboat and pedal-boat rentals start up again. In July and August, the mini-golf course livens up days and early evenings. Ask at the tourist office about all these activities.

The lake of Gimont is a 2 hectare lake reserved for fishermen and walkers. You will find on its banks some leisure equipments like a swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also an area for camping cars where you can park by paying at the terminal. Not really developed, the lake is especially a small paradise for fishermen. You can catch roach, tench or pike-perch. It is also possible to fish in the rivers of Arrats and Gimone.

Inaugurated in 1986, more technical than physical, but suitable for all levels, this golf course is located a few kilometers north of L'Isle-Jourdain, on the road to Ségoufielle. Designed by Olivier Brizon, its 9 holes are par 35, with a 5-shot first hole. The course is affordable for the youngest golfers, and offers quality teaching. Training courses and challenges are organized regularly during the summer months. The restaurant, open at lunchtime, is housed in a charming, authentic Toulouse brick building.

On the program, the descent of the Save and Gesse rivers, between Puymaurin and Samatan. Mathieu, the friendly owner, offers boats for rent and advises you on more or less sporting routes. You will go around magnificent waterfalls, inviting you to take a break or to swim. Beautiful emotions in perspective! Take your time, the descent is free. On your return, enjoy the barbecue available at the base. To vary the pleasures, you can also rent paddles and electric bikes.

A playful and sporting area much appreciated by the inhabitants. On the edge of the Samatan lake, this new leisure spot opened in 2020 and immediately attracted slide and balance lovers. Young and old alike come to let off steam along an asphalt ribbon designed in a loop and equipped with hollows and bumps, overhangs and raised turns like a skate park. Fun and safety in mind!
