Founded in 1902, Vercornoix produces over 80 tons of walnuts a year. Just outside Saint-Jean-en-Royans, in the direction of Saint-Laurent-en-Royans, Vercornoix opens its pretty wooden store. From field to mug! Run by farmer-brewers who work with their own barley and hops, this artisanal and organic brewery, aka 3B3, was founded in 2015. Its beers come in blond, amber, russet, nettle, porter and, for seasonals, triple blonde, Impérial Stout, season (spring), white. A beer brandy and lemonade are also available. A 100% local range that can be tasted on site at the 3B3 pub on weekends.

Founded by the Meynier family in 2001. Les Grands Goulets' old-fashioned ravioles, made with good local produce, are larger than the usual ravioles. The filling is present and generous.
