Founded in 1991, Cave Noisel was taken over in 2017 by the "Handi Capables" team from LMDES, an adapted company based in Saint-Jean-en-Royans. Walnut wine, walnut jam, walnut cream, walnut-filled pies, sublime green walnut chutney adopted by the region's chefs... not forgetting the flagship product, virgin walnut oil.
