Welcome to pastronomy! This large store is dedicated to raviole. For more than 50 years, the artisan pastier Saint Jean has been perpetuating the best of the tradition. His raviole are made with products from a reasoned and local agriculture, with soft wheat flour, fresh eggs and melting fillings with Comté AOP, fresh white cheese and parsley for a quality guaranteed by a Label Rouge and an IGP. A well-known brand. Since 1957, this family farm has been producing farm quality poultry. Chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, turkeys, capons and rabbits are raised in the open air and sold directly in the farm shop, on local markets, from Crest to Romans, from Privas to La Voulte, and at a few gourmet addresses. The business is running smoothly. The old-timers remember that it all began when Geneviève and François Portier started selling vegetables and then chickens at the Crest market, more than 60 years ago...
