This tasty cheese, made from 100% pure raw goat's milk, has an extremely distinctive character. It can be recognized by its truncated shape and soft, bloomy rind. Ideal to round off a cheese platter, this little goat's cheese, eaten warm, fresh or matured, is a fine counterpoint to pinot or chardonnay.
