From Villefranche, going to Liergues, take close to the cooperative wine cellar of Gleizé, the road of Saint-fonds, the property is then striking. Of the 9   ha of one holding, 8   ha are in silt and 1   ha in chardonnay that produced a white wine medalist in Mâcon. The wine cellar adjoining the main housing is large and serves as reception for 150 to 180 people, for weddings, parties, seminars. The property has been completely restored and highlights its stones. The old doors have been preserved, with antique furniture, old barrels and manger in the store. The green spaces covered allow for groups outside or under top. You can also find the calm on this hillside at the beginning of Golden Stones. The 3 cottages of 2 épis and the 3 guest rooms are located in an independent building overlooking the beautiful area, with a garden area, a set of balls and parking adjoining. It's the full campaign, with its trails, and the city is nearby.

In the 1970s, the Perrachon family acquired the château and its estate, producing Beaujolais and Burgundy wines on 20 hectares. Eight appellations in white, red and rosé, including four crus in the Beaujolais and a Crémant de Bourgogne. Concerned about its environment, the estate works in integrated farming, as evidenced by the Terra Vitis charter. Note that it is possible to buy wines online if you can't come to the cellar.

Created in 2021 by Charlotte and Fabrice, La Maison des ateliers is a unique place where people come to learn and exchange. The magnificent building, which also houses the Wine School, hosts a wide range of workshops run by professionals throughout the year, including introductory wine-tasting courses with Fabrice, founder and MOF sommelier, as well as cooking and pastry classes, botanical workshops, wellness workshops and a culinary awakening for the very young. Created in 1928, FCCBJ brings together the cooperative wineries of Saône-et-Loire, Côte-d'Or and Yonne, as well as Fruitières du Jura. The panoramic tasting cellar is located on the ridge overlooking the Ain and the Beaujolais. After the Second World War, the Beaujolais winegrowers decided to unite to defend their interests by founding the Beaujolais Wine Union. In 1956, the Caveau des Beaujolais-Villages was created, which became the Comptoir Beaujolais. It has undergone a splendid renovation, highlighting the stone walls with lime of this cellar inaugurated last year. Tasting and sale of the productions of 15 winegrowers with all the appellations of Beaujolais gathered to increase our pleasure tenfold and crémants of Burgundy.

The Bereziat family has a 15-hectare estate in the heart of the Brouilly Cru, where they practice sustainable farming and focus on the production of quality wines. With a vineyard composed mainly of old vines, the estate produces AOC Beaujolais, Beaujolais Villages, Brouilly and Moulin à Vent in the Gamay grape variety, as well as a white wine in the Viognier variety. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is bottled at the estate. Reception in one of the 3 guest rooms.

The area, the cradle of several generations, dominates the village of Cercié, at the foot of Mont-Brouilly Chapel. Here we find three names  : Beaujolais-villages, brouilly with its intense ruby robe, aromas of red fruit or plum and a cellaring and powerful body, it is the believer who expresses the fruity bouquet of the gamay grape. Morgon, a pleasant young man but takes over a special scent of ripe fruit and nuclei over time. Most of the domain  : manual harvest with very selective sorting on the table to the vine. The area also includes a rural cottage for 5 people (2 ears).

Château de la Terrière is a winery located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. It is considered the jewel of the region and offers a wide selection of quality wines. The estate belongs to the Beaujolais-Bourgogne winegrowers' association, which promotes the region's wines. Château de la Terrière is renowned for its production of white wines, notably those of Domaine Auvigue. It also offers wines from Côtes de Nervers, Domaine des 3 Tilleuls, La Pirolette, La Renjardière, Domaine Romy, Vin Sauvage A Poil and Les Enracinés. Domaine Ruet is a vineyard located in Cercié, in the Beaujolais region. Since 1926, the Ruet family has been perpetuating their passion for wine on this exceptional terroir in Voujon, at the foot of the Brouilly hill. The domaine produces seven Beaujolais appellations, including Brouilly, Chiroubles, Morgon, Côte-de-Brouilly, Régnié, Beaujolais (red and rosé) and Beaujolais-Villages (red and white), as well as Crémant de Bourgogne (white and rosé) and Pinot Noir. Domaine Ruet is committed to environmentally-friendly production, encouraging biodiversity, limiting the use of soil improvers and practicing rational pest control. David Bost seeks excellence and uses ancestral techniques as the most recent of the 22 ha of the domain. To control erosion and limit weeds, it returned to soil cultivation of vineyards and grasslands. However, the chai is most modern to ensure high quality vinification. In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, Domaine Clos des Garands offers self-catering cottages for peaceful stays with family or friends. The magnificent villa, nestled among the vines, can accommodate up to 12 travelers in its 5 bedrooms and offers 2 bathrooms. After enjoying the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike, guests can sample the wines produced on site and relax on the south-facing terrace surrounded by vines. A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room, and upstairs are the bedrooms. For those who prefer smaller accommodation, a pavilion will also be available from spring 2022.

Château des Moriers is a vineyard located in Fleurie, in the Beaujolais region. The domaine offers wine tasting, with three different cuvées available in different sizes and years. The estate also offers accommodation, with the possibility of staying in their house via Airbnb or with Gîtes de France. Run by Maryse and Jean-Paul Depardon since 1967, this family-run operation produces one of the most renowned crus in the Beaujolais region. A link between Burgundy and Beaujolais, the Juliénas and Chaintré wineries have been joining forces for the past ten years. Domaine du Penlois is a winery located in Lancié, in the Beaujolais region. Founded in 1922, it is now run by the Besson family, who perpetuate a know-how handed down from generation to generation. The domaine offers a selection of wines from partner winegrowers, as well as cuvées natures grown and vinified by Sébastien Besson. Sébastien Besson's aim is to innovate and to offer lively wines that reflect his mastery of organic viticulture. A magnificent estate, undoubtedly the finest in Beaujolais and one of the most beautiful in France. With its French garden, the work of Le Nôtre, this château, built by Jules-Hardouin Mansart, has retained its superb appearance over the years. It is the largest single estate in Beaujolais (400 ha). Not only the château, but also its cellar and magnificent ^18th-century wine storehouse (108 m long) are classified as Historic Monuments. Château des Vergers is a vineyard located in Régnié-Durette. With its 12 hectares of Régnié cru vines, it is committed to environmentally-friendly practices, which has earned it the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) label. The estate offers wine tastings featuring Gamay noir à jus blanc, the region's emblematic grape variety. Vinification is by whole bunches, giving the wines appreciable structure and acidity. Domaine Frédéric Laissus is a winery located in Le Mollard, Régnié-Durette. This family-run winery, which already boasts 4 generations of winemakers, offers a selection of wines from 12 hectares of vines in the Morgon, Côte de Brouilly and Régnié appellations. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wines are vinified in the traditional way by Frédéric Laissus himself. The domaine welcomes visitors to its cellars for tastings of its Crus du Beaujolais and special cuvées. Visits are possible throughout the week, but it's best to plan ahead, as the owners are sometimes busy in the vineyards. Since 2001, Dominique Guillard has been producing red, rosé and white Beaujolais wines on 15 hectares, thanks to integrated viticulture, with a focus on quality while respecting the environment. He will be happy to welcome you to Oingt, a village classified among the most beautiful villages in France, to let you taste his wines. Two open days are organised throughout the year on the estate, at Pentecost and at the end of Beaujolais Nouveau. The Domaine offers a magnificent view of the Beaujolais of the Golden Stones. The Cave Coopérative Beaujolaise is a winery located in Le Bady, Saint-Vérand, in the Beaujolais et Lyonnais region. Founded in 1959, this cooperative now vinifies the production of 300 hectares of vines. It offers a selection of still red wines, such as Vieilles Vignes 2009, made from a selection of vines over forty years old, and Château Pérussel 2008, with its floral and fruity aromas. There are also still white wines, such as Château de Chanzé 1999, with its grapefruit aromas. Visitors can taste and buy wines on site.

In the Pierres Dorées region, Domaine La Cruisille is run by brothers Hubert and Vincent Laverrière. This family estate produces harmonious, elegant wines that are representative of the region. Since 2019, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value. You can check prices by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and pick up your order at the drive-thru or have it delivered. The estate also offers guided tours of the winery by appointment, as well as tastings. However, please note that the winery is closed for one week in August.

Vines have been cultivated here for 5 generations and it is because they are convinced of the benefits of biological culture that Martine and Jean-Paul have converted the 9 ha of the area to this mode of production. Everything is carefully thought out to get the best from this land they love. Every year, 25 harvests, most of which are used by people, join them for the first step in the manufacture of wine, and then it is the family traditions that take over, to give these quality morgons that they offer you.

A passionate and Friendly wine grower, Jacky Natural proposes morgon, flower, chiroubles, beaujolais-villages red and rosé, and burgundy white chardonnay. The know-how is based on the choice of the white gamay black gamay for the grape variety and the most important planting density in the world (9 to 10 000 feet/ha), demanding workforce, but essential to achieve a high quality level. The area of Fontriante, on 11 ha, has belonged to the same family for four generations, which have been able to take care of the vines, well exposed, at mid-coteau, between 250 and 400 m. Once a year they are ploughed to bury the only organic fertilizer and allow good ventilation on the ground. A rain of medals each year rewards the know-how of the wine grower. Typical of the small family-owned family property, this exploitation has been transmitted from father to son since 1830. Ginette and Jean Desclas are now on the orders and not déméritent. They are eager to make their vines discover their vines and take the time to detail their production, red beaujolais, morgon or brouilly.

Domaine des Grandes Tours is a producer of Beaujolais wines. For several decades, it has offered red, white and rosé wines in bottles and bag-in-box. The domaine favors a traditional production method, growing two grape varieties, Gamay and Chardonnay. The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils in the Lucenay region. To limit the impact on the environment, the winemakers have developed grass cover in the vines and use biocontrol products and alternative methods. The estate is HVE3 certified. Residents of Villefranche-sur-Saône, Lyon and the Beaujolais region can buy quality, value-for-money wines direct from the producer. You can visit the winery to choose your wine, or order online and collect it from the boutique. Moulin-à-Vent has its own château, a veritable jewel in an ocean of vines, where the prestigious appellation produces great wines on exceptional terroirs. Edouard Parinet and Brice Laffond cultivate the particularities of each plot on the estate, producing unique wines.
