Pork first, and still relevant today since the 16th century: "Abotia in Ispoure has been supplying pigs to the inhabitants of Pamplona since 1530", according to the archives. The vineyard almost disappeared until it was resurrected in 1987 with the arrival of the Errecart couple, assisted by their son Peio, on the 8.5-hectare estate on steep hillsides.
