Clos Fardet is the oldest winery in the village of Madiran, which gives it a little extra soul. In 1998, Pascal Savoret took over the reins of this family business. He lovingly watches over his great-grandfather's vat-press, a rarity not found elsewhere. With this manual tool from 1923, he continues to make the main part of his wine making. This is perhaps the secret of his wines, which regularly win prizes and medals in agricultural competitions. The winemaker added white to his range in 2018.

La Clef des Vins is a wine shop offering a wide selection of wines, spirits and olive products. Here, you can taste some 16 different wines by the glass, thanks to the Enomatic system (a smart card credited with the amount of your choice), and discover the selection of the moment. You'll be able to try out classics and new releases at all price levels, and if you've always wanted to learn more about wine, courses and tasting evenings are organized on a regular basis. Founded in 1953, Cave de Técou, with its 465 ha of vineyards, is located between Toulouse and Albi, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards on the left bank of the Tarn. Part of Vinovalie, it is a pioneer in barrel ageing, and now boasts 650 barrels of 225-liter capacity. If you're a wine lover and would like to find out more, the winery organizes tours of its barrel cellars and free tastings.

Once you cross the threshold, you are first of all impressed by the volume of the place, dedicated to the god Bacchus. 250 m² of sales area in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. The lighting has been specially created for the place. Themed evenings are organized upon reservation for an introduction to oenology and a tasting accompanied by appetizers in harmony with the wines and spirits. All the wines are French, with a very nice selection of wines from the South-West. There is also a roasting area and a fine assortment of delicatessen products.

As early as 1957, a few winegrowers with insufficient cellar facilities decided to create the Cave Coopérative de Saint-Sardos. In 1960, they established a standard vineyard in order to limit planting to the best noble grape varieties on the best terroirs. The vineyard took off and the winemakers obtained their first Appellation d'Origine Simple. Motivated and encouraged by this result, this management team formed the Saint-Sardos local wine producers' union in 1974.

This whisky cellar has been open since 1956! It houses over a thousand references of whiskies from all over the world. It is accompanied by a refined selection of French, Catalan, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese wines, champagnes and cavas (Catalan sparkling wines), as well as spirits such as cognacs, armagnacs, rums, calvados, gins, vodkas, tequilas and various liqueurs. According to connoisseurs, this is one of the most renowned whisky cellars in Europe. A tasting session is available for those with a fine palate.

François Trauque has installed his boutique place des Carmelites allowing you to discover new flavours: this is the tasting realm. Thanks to an innovative process invented by an Italian smart, a bottle of wine can keep several weeks after being opened. It is therefore always possible to try before buying here, especially since you can benefit from the best advice from the boss: ripe fruit, spices, citrus fruits, heady aromas… there are for all tastes! You only have to obtain a magnetic card that you can credit the desired amount: it will then be debited for your tasting… A simple solution to quickly become a émérite émérite! The cellar is rich in large wines as well as wine of land and you can taste the new Beaujolais signed Charmet or Escausses, a Gevrey-Chambertin "In Fields" Denis Mortet 2008, like in the Champagne Bollinger champagne or a magnificent Castle Yquem 1998! Nestled, since the beginning of the last century, in the oldest district of Tarbes, this cellar offers a very large choice of grands crus, champagnes and armagnacs, but also old vintages in Bordeaux and Burgundy. Le Petit Bouchon belongs to the Sepet cellars. This magnificent store with its rustic and authentic decor offers wines and spirits and delicatessen products. You will always be very well received, judiciously advised and you will find bottles and regional wines of quality like Madiran, Jurançon, Saint-Mont, Côtes de Gascogne, Buzet... The cellar also proposes very local products such as the Mûrançon, an aperitif made of Jurançon and blackberry cream, or the Bigourdale, a beer brewed in Arcizans-Avant.

With 70 years of experience behind it, Maison Vignau invites you to meet Brian and Anne, passionate experts who will guide you through a vast selection of French and foreign wines. Each wine is the fruit of the winemakers' know-how and the unique terroir from which it comes. In this space dedicated to slowness and discovery, you'll also find beers, ciders, confectionery, spirits and teas. For Anne, the family business is a return to her roots, evoking her childhood surrounded by the scents of wine, nature and conviviality.
