The interior of this brewery-restaurant, created by Yannick Metge, has been enlarged and is now a real success. In a neo-industrial setting, the microbrewery is housed in a former iron workshop. We're at the heart of local consumption, with beers brewed on site, and tapas and burgers concocted with local produce. At 12 noon, the traditional slate-style cuisine is top-notch. Why the fork? In Occitan it's called foueich, which gave rise to... Foix. A must-visit address. Soon to open as a coworking space!

When Toy Country decides to become a land of beers, it does so without concession. The style is English, the water comes from the valley, the craftsmanship and the incredible environment. The names of the vintages are inspired by the great sites: cuvée du col du Tourmalet, du pic du Midi, du Cirque de Gavarnie... Amber, brown, white and the amazing IPA form the basis. Special brews: Christmas or spring beers regularly join the troops. You can enjoy a beer at the nicely decorated bar or on the terrace facing the Gave de Gavarnie.

Oc'Ale beers were born in Lafrançaise in 1998. It is one of the oldest breweries in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The brewery produces fairly classic, old-fashioned beers in the pure tradition of top-fermented beers. The first brews produce two beers: a very smooth white and a rather malty black. A blonde and an amber follow. New beers have arrived, including an IPA and now a range of seven beers. You can visit the factory by prior appointment. The welcome is friendly and very educational.

A brewer in the Tarn ? Yes, you read that right! This micro-brewery was born from the passion of Stéphane, who is hopped from head to toe. He will tell you the techniques of beer making in the middle of his machines, which are also very artisanal, and will teach you how to taste a beer, as one does with wine. Libertine (blonde), Clandestine (blonde), Délinquante (brown), Tout ô black (brown), Bulles de Vignes and Vent d'Ange (2 gueuze type beers), these beers have the "Nature et Progrès" label. I love this brewer!

Installed in Revel since 2018, this craft brewery guarantees an organic, local and seasonal production. On the program, a range of a dozen small foams as qualitative as creative. Blonde for the Revéloise, White with thyme or sage that smells good in the summer evenings, Red with juniper to travel to Finland, Black with roasted malts with coffee accents, without forgetting the Christmas beer flavored with forest honey and orange peel or La Breguette 27 with fresh mint from Sorèze. Nicolas opened this microbrewery in 2017. After several trips, including one to Canada where he developed a taste for beer brewing. Back to Ariège for the creation of this 3-in-1 establishment: brewery, boutique and bar from May to September. 9 beers on the menu and a few seasonal beers. Rock, flamenco and French song concerts. In barely 5 years, Quentin has succeeded in building a loyal clientele. La Nestoise is now an essential brand of beer that comes in a dozen specialties. Take organic hops from Alsace or England, a 100% Pyrenean know-how and you get a local brewery with a growing number of loyal customers. Brown, blond, amber and white, with distinct flavors and bitterness quench your thirst in all seasons. Small microbrewery becomes big... La Garonnette has taken up residence in Portet. Benjamin and Jonathan are pioneers when it comes to microbreweries, having created their own back in 2015. It remains true to its ideal: 100% Made in France foam and 100% artisanal know-how. The malt comes from Issoudun, the bottles are made in Gaillac, the labels in Toulouse, the yeast comes from Bordeaux and the hops are grown in Alsace. Whether brown, blond, red or special, these beers are served at many tables in Toulouse, and can even be served at your own table if you stock up at the brewery's boutique.

Joli Rouge is a microbrewery in the Tarn et Garonne region of France, where beers of character are produced since 2012, varying with the seasons and according to their taste. On the spot in a pleasant setting both rustic and industrial, you can taste the beers of the moment on draught or buy them to go, with a choice between hopped beers, IPA, Pale Ale, brown or blonde and flavored beers, with citrus or red fruits. The recipe: 100% pure malt, spring water from the Pyrenees, no sterilization or filtration. Of course to be consumed in moderation or alone... or with whoever you want. The blonde IPA won the gold medal in 2016 at the "Aurignac under pressure" event. All the beers are brewed in bio since 2021.

Nicolas, Yann and Sébastien discovered beer during their student years in Amiens and Lille. They loved it so much, they decided to become brewers. They set up in Miradoux in 2012 and equipped themselves with a 100-liter brewery. Neither too big, to be able to continue brewing by hand, nor too small, to be able to satisfy enthusiasts. After playing sorcerer's apprentice in the shadows, David decided to make his dream a reality and launch Iron Microbrewery. Today, his company is a fixture on the hop landscape and ranks among the top breweries on the beer rating app "Untappd". Iron beers are a mix of inventiveness, sometimes topped with coffee, chocolate or notes of basil, "Iron-beer" is not afraid of mixtures and tries every week to release a different beer. Already a hundred recipes have filled his mugs!
