Located at the entrance to Rue Dessoles, this boutique is ideal for oenophiles in search of regional discoveries. The cellar offers a fine selection of Côtes-de-Gascogne and other South-Western appellations. Quality is also evident in the many artisanal preserves made from duck and goose. Owner Josiane Catherine has assembled a magnificent collection of Armagnacs, classified and displayed by year, with the oldest dating back to the 1940s. This is without doubt the richest collection of eaux-de-vie in the area.

Maison Gélas is one of the most important references in Bas-Armagnac. A guided tour takes you through the cellar founded in 1865 by Baptiste Gélas. You will discover the stills room where the brandies are distilled, as well as the different professions linked to the production of armagnac: distiller, cellar master, cooper... The adjoining cellar-boutique contains more than 800 references of armagnacs, flocs de Gascogne, plum brandies or liqueurs. The house has also developed recipes for vinegar or mustard with Armagnac.

Marie-Ange and Jérôme Soriano welcome you to this estate of twenty-five hectares of vines, which they endeavour to cultivate with respect for its natural environment. They keep the spirit of the château they took over a few years ago and perpetuate the négrette tradition, with four red wines, all of which are AOP Fronton. Marie-Ange and Jérôme also venture down more daring paths, with, for example, a Dolce Vita rosé with floral scents to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, or a dry white with pear and grapefruit aromas.

Oc'Ale beers were born in Lafrançaise in 1998. It is one of the oldest breweries in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The brewery produces fairly classic, old-fashioned beers in the pure tradition of top-fermented beers. The first brews produce two beers: a very smooth white and a rather malty black. A blonde and an amber follow. New beers have arrived, including an IPA and now a range of seven beers. You can visit the factory by prior appointment. The welcome is friendly and very educational.

Isabelle, Pascal and Philippe keep this estate alive with its 28 hectares spread over three terroirs. The result is a wide choice of appellations: Madiran, Pacherenc de Vic-Bilh, Saint-Mont and Côtes-de-Gascogne. Reds, rosés, dry or sweet whites, all palates will find something to enthuse about. The wines of the Domaine de Maouriès are regularly awarded in competitions and recognized by specialized guides. You can come and taste them on site and visit the cellars. You will then learn about the specificities of an HVE certified estate.

At the top of a valley, in the tranquility and beauty of the hinterland of Gaillach, these owners work their 26 hectares of vines according to sustainable agriculture, with authenticity and character, in particular the Thibaud cuvée, made from pure Brocol, and a late harvest, the Maxime cuvée. But that's not all! They also offer two botanical trails (1.5 km or 2.5 km) to walk through the vines and discover grape variety panels and boards showing the plants in the vineyard (as well as audio comments from mp3 players - comments in English possible). Domaine Vaysette is also a cheerful welcome, in a modern building that can accommodate receptions and seminars.

On the most exclusive avenue in Condom, Ryst-Dupeyron owns the elegant mansion house of Cugnac which was built in 1780 for the Marquis de Bonas, himself a brandy merchant. Today, Jacques-François Ryst defends the nobility of the family heritage: the finest Armagnac, renowned throughout the region and beyond metropolitan borders. In order to transmit the passion of an inimitable profession and all the beauty of a know-how, the castle proposes to visit its centenary cellars, its vats and its still, which is an essential actor of the distillation. Step by step you will discover all the stages of the production of Armagnac. you will be pleased to taste, enjoy and savour... This real living memorial attracts up to 300 coaches and thousands of people every year. The "Armagnac connoisseur diploma" of Joseph-Dupeyron Academy awaits the most disciplined ones! This place was nominated for the trophies of tourism in Midi-Pyrénées. The group also has some vineyards in the region of Bordeaux region: note it down!

Located in a former abbey, the Maison des Vins is a showcase for Gaillac wine, classified as an AOP and IGP appellation, with around a hundred wines to taste. During your visit, you'll learn about the nuances between dry and perlage wines, primeur and late harvest wines, and ancestral and traditional methods. Initiation tastings are also available, as are themed sessions on wine and chocolate or cheese, by reservation.

"Organic, white and red" is the motto, and we almost feel like adding "rosé"! A small, colourful cellar in the town centre run by Simon Delpérié, a young enthusiast. The emphasis is on the wonderful wines of the neighbouring Languedoc region, produced by organic farmers. Of course, you can also find all the Gallic terroirs. The ideal is to let yourself be tempted by a tasting on the barrels placed on the pavement of the street. In the country of Saint-Mont, Plaimont will make you discover wines with a typical Gascon character. Created in 1979 by the association of the cellars of Plaisance, Aignan and Saint-Mont, the name Plaimont is their acronym. In 1999, the Caves de Crouseilles and Condom joined the group, adding to the basket the appellations Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, Madiran and the IGP Côtes-de-Gascogne. The emblematic "vignerons au béret" have succeeded in preserving a parcel of pre-phylloxera vines listed as a historical monument. It is 200 years old and can be visited.

Did you know that the city of Toulouse had a vineyard on its territory? Welcome to the Domaine de Candie, located southwest of the city. A medieval brick castle surrounded by a large park and a lake. The agricultural estate cultivates 25 hectares of vines whose grapes are vinified under the appellation of Vin du comté Tolosan in addition to 273 hectares devoted to field crops. Very proud of its culture, this union is working for the recognition of this heritage! The Chasselas de Moissac is now listed in the "national inventory of intangible cultural heritage". Find all the good addresses and the best advice for this grape, the first fresh fruit to have obtained this supreme consecration. Chasselas de Moissac is produced in a delimited area of 750 ha, in the north of the Tarn-et-Garonne and the south of the Lot department.

This small shop, well stocked and presented, is organised around its flagship product, l'Emoustilleur, an original product made from chasselas and muscatel. Claudine and Gilbert, friendly farmers who guarantee the quality of the product, also offer chasselas juice, "confiotes", grape sparkling wine, but also other local products such as honey, gingerbread, nougat, sweets, crockery, confits, duck gizzards and duck breasts, seasonal fruit, brandies and wines.

Here is the main producer of the Vins Noirs du Brulhois, authentic wines of the land, structured, with aromas of candied fruits, jam, leather and tobacco. Their very dark colour comes from this land at the crossroads of the Mediterranean and oceanic influences, as well as from the filtering gravel soils. Recent medals testify to the high quality of the production. But the other rising speciality is the Grain d'Amour, a sweet rosé wine with muscatel aromas.

The Cave des Vignerons du Quercy was created by a group of producers who wanted to promote the product of their work. Today, it offers a whole range of red, white and rosé wines which seduce by their richness, their roundness and their aromatic palette. The different methods of vinification make them wines of pleasure by nature, whether they are haute couture, exceptional, classic or organic. It is a cooperative on a human scale which brings together 24 producers for 120 hectares of vines spread over the terroirs of the AOP Coteaux du Quercy.

The signature of this wine, dominated by the Cabernet Franc grape variety, is its well marked tannins and notes of red fruit, animal and pepper. But the wines of the Coteaux du Quercy are also available in rosés, pleasantly fruity and in pleasant and balanced red wines. Their quality has been rewarded by obtaining the Appellation d'Origine Vin Délimité de Qualité Supérieure coteaux du Quercy which is now controlled and defended by a syndicate.

A brewer in the Tarn ? Yes, you read that right! This micro-brewery was born from the passion of Stéphane, who is hopped from head to toe. He will tell you the techniques of beer making in the middle of his machines, which are also very artisanal, and will teach you how to taste a beer, as one does with wine. Libertine (blonde), Clandestine (blonde), Délinquante (brown), Tout ô black (brown), Bulles de Vignes and Vent d'Ange (2 gueuze type beers), these beers have the "Nature et Progrès" label. In Cahuzac-sur-Vère, one of Cave Gayrel's three estates, Château Vigné-Lourac is a benchmark. This vineyard, which covers 29 hectares, produces organic wines with unique flavors. The Domaine d'Entras is also a great name in floc and armagnac, which is a must for your tasting book. Aurian has been a distiller and wine and armagnac merchant since 1880. In his bottling cellar, Philippe Aurian, the fourth of the name, offers wonderfully smooth armagnacs. The Grassa family has owned it since 1912. It is one of those Armagnac producers who have chosen to maintain the folle-blanche grape variety, the oldest in the region. The initials BC stand for Bertrand Cayrel, a local boy who became a wine merchant in the 2000s, and is now one of the best ambassadors for Gascony wines. For it is the finest estates in the Gers that are honored here, in Côtes-de-gascogne, madiran, pacherenc du vic-bilh... not forgetting the armagnacs. Bertrand Cayrel, a true enthusiast, has established solid links with the producers he represents. He makes a point of selling these carefully selected wines at estate prices. Domaine Plageoles is 7 generations of winegrowers, 27 hectares and 2 farms: the Domaine des Très Cantous (Cahuzac-sur-Vère) and the Domaine de Roucou-Cantemerle (Castelnau-de-Montmiral). They produce white and red AOC wines, with a majority of white vines. In addition to cultivating mauzac in all its forms, Bernard Plageoles has brought back to life old grape varieties such as ondenc or prunelart. His natural vinification gives birth to beautiful sparkling wines (method gaillacoise), sweet and mellow, very characteristic.

Below the perched village of Puylaroque, the small road that leads to the Ariès estate narrows at a glance. After a final crossroads, two winegrowing areas face each other. On the left, we are in Tarn-et-Garonne in the commune of Puylaroque, on the right in the Lot in the commune of Belfort-de-Quercy, but everywhere in the territory of the coteaux-du-quercy appellation. We turn left, and knock on the cellar. The domain offers a narrow range of red and rosé wines, delicious wines made with sustainable agriculture, as harsh and cheerful as the country.

It is one of the last producers of the Lavilledieu appellation with very interesting red and rosé wines, well worth a visit. The dry white wine is also surprising since it is made from the Hamburg muscat grape. The estate also offers muscatel juice, verjuice, fruits, flowers, plants and herbs in season. Discover also the tropical greenhouse: a labyrinth of water and tropical plants, reminding the perfume of the islands, as well as many multicolored birds. A unique place in Tarn-et-Garonne.

The Côtes-de-Brulhois appellation covers three departments and two regions. The wine here is black (Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tannat), with a strong character and capable of sublimating the splendours of the Gascon table without fail. The cellar of Donzac, emanating from the cooperative of the wine growers of Brulhois, proposes a beautiful range in perpetual evolution. The prices are very reasonable, and the welcome here is very pleasant. Enough to really let yourself be tempted, in moderation.

The majority of the wine growers are in reasoned culture and two in organic which allows the cellar (labelled HVE) to produce specific vintages "organic wines". To discover this wine panel, a magnificent renovated store allows you to taste the different beverages. Numerous events around wine are organized during the summer: bodega evening, wine festival, aperitif at a winegrower's, etc. but also a fun and family free walk of 4 km with departure / arrival at the cellar.

The Villa Dria estate is renowned for its light, fine and fruity Côtes-de-Gascogne. This unusual name was given to the estate in memory of the time when the Romans planted vines in the region. They guessed that this land, composed of sand, clay and silt, pleasantly tempered and gently sunny, would be ideal for viticulture. Today, the main grape varieties of Gascony are almost all present, to give white, red and rosé wines that regularly win prizes in agricultural competitions.

The land and vines of Domaine de Cassagnoles have been worked for several centuries by father and daughter. Laure is now at the helm of the 60-hectare estate, which is farmed using sustainable viticulture and has been certified High Environmental Value since 2016. Mainly focused on Armagnac until the early 1970s, the estate has expanded and taken an interest in other grape varieties to produce flocs but also wine. The owners also offer delicacies such as fruits in armagnac or macerated in wine.

Louis Sepet founded the house in 1912. The house prospered for decades and today the address is a must for shopping trips in Cauterets. He wanted to promote wines and regional products to tourists who were seriously interested in the Pyrenees. The cellar proposes a very nice selection of French wines as well as delicatessen products. You will find the local beer Excelsa. The Cave Sepet delivers to professionals as well as individuals in Cauterets and in the neighboring valleys.

Since 1997, this unmissable winery has been making people happy in the region! The Dejean family is in charge. The wines of France are obviously represented, but the most curious visitors will be able to discover wines of the world with different flavors and surprising aromas. Installed in Revel since 2018, this craft brewery guarantees an organic, local and seasonal production. On the program, a range of a dozen small foams as qualitative as creative.
