Natural Crafts Midi-Toulousain

Impressive, majestic, wow... these are the words you hear when you first see this 246-meter high waterfall whose main fall is 100 meters high! It is one of the most picturesque and imposing waterfalls in the Pyrenees. Located at the bottom of the Garbet valley towards the Latrape pass, it takes 1h30 to 2h to reach the waterfall. If you go in summer, you may be disappointed because it is at the end of spring (May-June) that the waves gush out in all their beauty and power when the snow melts.

The park offers fun activities for children and the very young. In addition to family visits, the educational farm also welcomes groups of children and classes for sensory activities and experiments around nature and animals. The farm's team is made up of enthusiasts trained in children's activities and nature conservation. The animals, including mascot Basillia the pony, will be delighted to spend a pleasant moment in the company of visitors. Château de Bergues is also committed to protecting the environment as a LOP (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge.
