Château Chauvin is a winery located in Saint-Émilion, in the north-west of the town, close to the Pomerol appellation. It was classified Grand Cru Classé de Saint-Émilion in 1954, and its classification has been renewed at each revision since then. The vineyard is mainly planted with Merlot (75%), which expresses itself admirably in this terroir. The areas with the most clay are planted with Cabernet Franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). The estate is managed with the utmost respect for the terroir, to bring out its purest expression.

Château Brown, located in Léognan, is a winery with a rich history. The property's vineyards date back to the 12th century, and during the Hundred Years' War, they remained in English hands. The château's name was officially changed to Château Brown in the late 18th century, in honor of John Lewis Brown, a Scottish wine merchant based in Bordeaux. He built the estate's iconic chartreuse and helped turn it into a prosperous estate. Château Brown was recognized as early as 1884, when it won a gold medal at the Universal Exhibition in Amsterdam. However, after the Second World War, the vineyard went through a period of decline and lost its place in the classification of Graves Crus Classés. Today, Château Brown is a place steeped in history, and offers tours to discover its heritage and wine-making expertise.

This winery has been offering a range of organic wines since 1998. Their specialty is the Bordeaux "Rien à Ajouter", a wine with no added sulfites. Château Vieux Robin is a lovely family estate located in the heart of the legendary Médoc, in Bégadan. With its 20 hectares of vines, it offers a variety of activities throughout the year. Château Coutet, located in the town of Barsac, is a wine estate steeped in history. Originally a fortress in the 13th century, the château still retains traces of its medieval construction, notably with its crenellated square tower. In 1787, Thomas Jefferson, third President of the United States, even described Château Coutet as "the best Sauternes in Barsac". In the 19th century, the estate passed into the hands of the Lur-Saluces family, who also owned the famous Châteaux d'Yquem and de Fargues. In 1855, at the time of the classification ordered by Napoleon III, Château Coutet was officially recognized as one of the Premiers Grands Crus of Sauternes and Barsac. Since 1977, the Baly family has owned the estate and undertaken a renewal of the vineyard and farm buildings. In 2010, Château Coutet launched its first vintage of Opalie, a great dry white wine. In 2017, Château Coutet 2014 was ranked third in the Top 100 wines worldwide published by Wine Spectator magazine.

This estate, run by Peio Espil, the appellation's first independent winegrower, is a sure bet with around 10 hectares of organically grown grapes, 7 hectares of red and 3 of white. All grown on the clay-limestone slopes above the village. A rosé, a white and 2 red wines are produced. Since 2006,Etxeko Bob's Beer has been a craft brewery in the heart of the Basque Country, where passionate brewers have been crafting beers of character using the finest natural ingredients and meticulous brewing processes for over 17 years. At the confluence of the Isle and Dordogne rivers, Fronsac is a quality wine-growing area. The vineyard is said to be the first historic vineyard in the Bordeaux region. Cardinal de Richelieu set his sights on it in 1632. Barely a century later, his great-nephew and godson of Louis XIV lived at the château. Imprisoned in the Bastille for his libertine gallantries, he introduced Fronsac wine to the court of Versailles. Its medicinal properties earned it the name "Richelieu's herbal tea". The employees of the many businesses around this new winery are delighted with the proximity, diversity and choice, with exceptional value for money. Over 600 references, including wines from here and abroad (and even from far away!), spirits and beers, including the Duprat house beer, which works directly with the brewers. Already a guaranteed success.

It was this passion that led Dorian to set up his own distillery for gins, vodkas, liqueurs (mint and coffee) and other spirits in 2019, and he's now enjoying great success with wine merchants, delicatessens and connoisseurs alike! In the heart of the village of Lalande-de-Pomerol, near the church of the former Hospitaliers de Saint-Jean-de-Jérusalem, the Bedrenne vineyards are well worth a visit. The vineyards extend over three renowned appellations: AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol, AOC Montagne-Saint-Emilion and AOC Bordeaux Supérieur. Monique Bedrenne adds her feminine touch while preserving the distinctive character of Lalande-de-Pomerol wine. Together with her son Rémi, they oversee every stage of the business, from cultivating the vines to marketing the wines.

A historic property in the Lalande de Pomerol appellation, Château Siaurac has been a level 3 HVE-certified vineyard since 2018. The origins of the vineyard date back to the ^18th century. The Bois Percés (pierced woods), designed at that time, form a wooded ensemble that is unique in the region. A romantic, English-style park was added at the end of the ^19th century by Louis Bernard Fischer, landscape architect for Bordeaux's public gardens. The landscaped park has held the Jardin Remarquable label since 2015. Both the buildings and the park are listed as Historic Monuments.
