Marc Darroze will introduce you to the tasting of grands crus, selected from a unique collection of 200 bas-armagnacs from 25 estates, in over 45 vintages: Collection Unique, Grands Assemblages, Biologique, Blanche d'Armagnac... In the entertainment area, a slide show explains the history and traditions of the Gascony region, while you learn how the eau-de-vie is made and expand your knowledge of this delicious beverage. Finally, stop off at the store to take home a precious bottle of armagnac.

Abarratia is an autonomous Basque beer brand, brewed in Ayherre with renewable energy using water from the Uhaldegaraia spring, and with malts and hops grown in the Basque country in an eco-responsible approach. It is available in cans, which makes it easier to store and transport, and reduces breakage. Other advantages of cans: they're easier to recycle than glass, and therefore more environmentally friendly, and the beer retains all its aromas! Available in blond, white, session IPA, abbey and amber.

At Mama Sama, Samantha and Guillaume share their love of rhum arrangé. They explore a variety of flavor combinations based on old-fashioned recipes, updated and sometimes unusual, such as rum with CBD, rum with tonka, bois bandé, vanilla, or rum with cannelé... The rum comes from Martinique, the couple's home island, and is "arranged" in Bordeaux. To accompany their creations, Samantha and Guillaume have created pâté terrines with exotic flavors (coconut, curry, soy sauce, etc.), including one with 3% rum. All their lovely bottles can be found in wine shops and delicatessens, as well as direct from local markets or on the website.

On the Saint-Julien terroir, Château Gruaud-Larose has been classified^2nd Grand Cru since 1855. Founded in 1725, it attaches great importance to respect for the environment, favoring biodiversity, grassing and manual harvesting. Since 2019, organic conversion has been underway. Its wines are both powerful and elegant, and age remarkably well. After discovering the estate and its underground installations, take in the exceptional view of the Médoc vineyards from the green roof of the 18 m tower. Designed by Lanoire et Courrian.

Château Garrineau comprises over 20 hectares of vines. In addition to producing over 10 different wines, the team offers guided tours and workshops followed by tastings, as well as events throughout the year, including team-buildings and seminars. Almost a year ago, the A bouchons tirés wine bar opened its doors in the former wine storehouse, from Thursday evening to Monday evening, from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, and until 11pm on Fridays. On the menu: charcuterie and cheese boards, wine cocktails... Privatization possible.

Covering 18 hectares, the vineyard thrives on the renowned Saint-Emilion terroir, renowned for its diversity of gravel, sand and clay. Audrey and Pierre have taken up the reins, inheriting the mission of perpetuating traditional know-how while meeting contemporary challenges. As elsewhere, balance is the key, preserving Pindefleurs' distinctive identity year after year. Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Château Pindefleur (90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc) is a blend of flowers and fruit, enhanced by roasted touches.

"Once upon a time, there was a wheelwright by the name of Jean Lacoste who, in 1779, bought a few sunny acres along the Chemin Royal which ran from the Port of Barsac to Captieux: the bourdieu de La Clotte "... Marie-Pierre Lacoste-Duchesne will tell you the rest of the story in person. Representing the ^17th generation, this oenologist and agricultural engineer, who was crowned "Best hope for wine 2003", cultivates her vines organically with her draught horse. The museum is astonishing.

Push the door of the MVB, in other words: the House of the Wines of Barsac and Sauternes. Entirely renovated, the establishment proposes, in addition to its specialized cellar, a wine bar and a tasting counter of aperitif boards and tapas based on local products. Thus, you will find here, and on line, a large choice of wine bottles, but also sweet wines. Wine lovers can ask for advice. Theme evenings are not rare.

Château La Gorce, recognized as a Cru Bourgeois in the 1932 classification, has been in operation since 1822. In 2018, as soon as they arrived, Emmanuel and Mana Martin initiated the conversion of the 48 hectares to organic farming, which was completed by the 2022 vintage. Beyond this conversion, the entire identity of the estate has been revisited and modernized. A case in point is their collaboration with artists such as Clémentine Mélois and Pierre La Police, to illustrate the labels of the Rouge Intense and Rose Dada cuvées with a certain quirkiness. A wonderful discovery.

There's no doubt that beer-lovers passing through will be turning to local beers. The beers from Brasserie naturelle des Landes are organic. As well as the store, where you're guaranteed the widest choice and the best advice, you can visit the brewery to find out more about the brewing process and the production of their organic lemonade and cola. Brasserie Naturelle des Landes is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network.

The Maison des Vins de Fronsac is a good starting point for discovering the wines and châteaux of the great terroirs of the Fronsac and Canon Fronsac appellations. With over 100 references at owner's prices, the store already offers a good overview, presenting at least one vintage per château. Almost every day, a new wine is offered for tasting. Open houses at some thirty vineyards are organized every year in October. Don't miss out!

Château Haut Colombier, located on one of the highest hills in the Blayais region, represents a centuries-old winegrowing tradition. For 8 generations, this family of winemakers has passionately preserved this 33-hectare estate, which has been organically farmed since 2011. Their red, white and clairet wines, made with a skilful blend of modern techniques and traditional methods, are a delight for connoisseurs. Visit their tasting room to discover their AOP Blaye and Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux wines. These passionate winemakers will be delighted to share their expertise in the vineyards with you.

Oenologists' opinions. Château Haut-Colombier, Blaye contrôlée, 2006: Dark ruby color. Open, evolved nose with notes of licorice, blackcurrant, cinnamon, cooked fruit, plum and spicy oak. Ample on the palate, melted, coated tannins, fine structure, notes of black cherry and stone.

Château Haut-Colombier 2010, Grand vin de Bordeaux, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux: dark garnet-red color. Complex nose of raspberry, blackberry and cocoa powder. Rich, full-bodied palate, with enveloping tannins.

Brother and sister already ran the Gradignan boutique. Now they're back in Arcachon. And when your name is L'Amour du vin, you do it well. Here, we sell at the same price as at the estate! What's more, it's not uncommon for the winemakers themselves to come and show you their wines for guided tastings.

It's a privilege to discover a wine estate, share in the winemaker's passion and enjoy a tasting in the best possible conditions. Domaine Gutuzia, represented by Cécile and Sébastien, is located in the hills above Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry. AOC Irouléguy, it produces a Tannat-based rosé, a Gros and Petit Manseng-based white and tannic Tannat-based reds vinified in Dolia (amphorae). An educational visit to a vineyard is a must (except for the tasting). We also offer a 47 m² mobile home.

Pixte, the Basque aperitif par excellence, can be found in wine shops and delicatessens throughout the Basque Country. A pure beverage from a secret family recipe, developed over half a century, it's an aperitif with notes of cherry, almonds and various touches, but not too sweet, and a subtle blend of red wine and various local spirits. A French spirit with Landes influences! Arsène and Guillaume met in Hossegor and shared a taste for the local culture. The idea of creating a brand of Gin was born. As an emblem of the region, they chose the maritime pine of course. But also surfing in its street art spirit! Subtle and elegant on the palate, Gin 40 is the fruit of an artisanal maceration essentially based on plants. To be found in the best wine shops, delicatessens and cocktail bars worthy of the name... in Les Landes and beyond!

Tom is no stranger to night-time cocktail enthusiasts, having cut his teeth at the late-night Prohibido bars in Bayonne and Biarritz. Now at the helm of this concept store in one of Bayonne's pedestrian shopping streets, our expert bartender offers a selection of exceptional wines, the finest spirits and signature cocktails, and a wide range of tableware. We also offer private tasting evenings in a magnificent vaulted cellar, adding a touch of intimacy to the setting.

A unique timeshare concept! The adventure began (well, almost) in 2012, when 430 individuals, including Yannick Evenou, became the proud co-owners of Château Réaut. Today, there are almost 600. The new vat and barrel cellar saw the light of day in 2018. Since then, they have built a superb restaurant with a roof terrace overlooking the vines and the Garonne River. Awarded a Best of Wine Tourisme and a People's Choice Award in 2023, La Table de Réaut only opens for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, with a 72-hour advance booking.

Did you know that Château Fayau is just a short walk from the bastide town of Cadillac? In just 15 minutes! Here, winemakers have been handed down from father to son since 1826! You'll be happy to let yourself be guided during the visit... right up to the tasting. Allow around 1h30 for the tour, which takes you through the winery and vineyards. And if there's one event not to be missed, it's the Portes Ouvertes Cadillac & Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux on the weekend of June¹ and 2, 2023. On that day: farmers' market and lunch (reservation required).

At the gateway to Bordeaux, Château Haut-Bailly, a Graves Cru Classé, welcomes visitors for tours, receptions and seminars, atop a gravelly hilltop where vines have flourished over 30 hectares for more than four centuries. Followed by a tasting session, the tour takes you behind the scenes of a Cru Classé, its winemaking secrets and the Graves terroir. The "Collector's Tour" opens the doors of the Château for a tasting of three wines, including two Cru Classé vintages. The wines are regularly praised for their elegance.

Château La Rose Pourret is just a few hundred metres from the bell tower of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion. From the patio of the Comptoir de La Rose, you can appreciate its contours, while tasting wines from Daniel Derichebourg's estates. They range from Bordeaux rosé to Burgundy white. And throughout the day, the chef cooks with regional and seasonal produce (daily special at €16). An address awarded a Best of Wine Tourism in 2024 in the Estate Restaurant category.

A non-alcoholic wine cellar in the Bordeaux region - now that's unusual! The challenge has been taken up by this store, which offers de-alcoholized wines, spirits and other beverages, for those who want to reduce their consumption without depriving themselves of taste. The range selected by this daring pair of wine merchants is extensive, covering a variety of grape varieties: chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon... For festive occasions, we also offer a range of stunning sparkling wines. A few local and organic products (preserves, vegetables...) are the perfect accompaniment to your tasting experience.

A warm, friendly establishment, where Jean-Laurent, a brewer by training and passion, welcomes you and advises you with his team. Take a trip into the world of beer that only he knows how to unearth. White, brown, blonde, triple, India Pale Ale, Trappist beers... and the 8' TIZZ-brewers label created with a friend. You can also share and nibble on a "homemade" flammekueche and other sweets over a game of darts, or at a concert, DJ, karaoke or blind test... A place that delights hop lovers and those who enjoy evenings out with friends.

Le Clos Grange-Vieille is a winery. It has 3 hectares of vines and 2 horses. Visits are by appointment only, all year round. However, the Clos Grange-Vieille website offers regular updates on current events and promotions. It's also possible to follow their activity on Instagram.

Owned by the Sénéclauze family since 1935, this^4th Margaux Grand Cru Classé boasts a unique terroir, combining tradition and modernity. With 40 hectares, Château Marquis de Terme produces bewitching, fleshy and well-balanced wines. To discover the estate, there are several options: a guided tour followed by a tasting, ampelographic bike rides or original workshops. In the heart of the vineyard, the château and chef Grégory Coutanceau have opened the Au marquis de Terme restaurant. Can be privatized for business events or receptions.

Acquired in 1932 by Philippe Nebout, the estate has been run by his descendants since 1981. Bordering the Grands Crus of the Saint-Emilion appellation, the vineyard stretches out in a single block on the southern slopes of the Pomerol plateau. Traditional grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) are grown on the estate. The wines are aged in vats before being poured into oak barrels for several months, to bring out the finesse of their tannins and develop the distinctive taste of ripe fruit and undergrowth.

Patrick and William Ludger are two brothers born in Pauillac. After different and busy careers, they decided to create their craft brewery in the heart of the Médoc, as a sort of return to the land where they were born. They work with quality products, from French organic agriculture while also favoring local products. The Premium range is regional with local references, including animals well known to the Médoc inhabitants: the Tourterelle is blonde, the Biche amber and the Civelle (another name for the pibale) white.
