Christophe Andiné is a sommelier. In 1997, he decided to create his own cellar. Today, it offers more than four hundred references of wines, spirits, champagne and aperitif wines. On Friday evening, he invites those who wish to discover the samples received in the week. On Saturday, he selects a cru to make him discover his clientele. Christophe offers neither grocery products nor crockery, he is a «pure bazaar» and ensures that his cellar is turned to all wine regions in France and the world.

Jean-Luc and Guy Deyres are at the head of this family estate founded in the 1950s and have been producing vintage armagnac since 1973 and white brandy from the folle blanche grape. For the armagnacs, there are 4 different grape varieties on 5 hectares of vines: ugni blanc, folle blanche, colombard and baco. The estate distills with a Sier still dating from 1901, in continuous with single heating. The vintage armagnacs are bottled as and when they are sold. Visits are possible to the estate, the wine-making cellar and the ageing cellar.

Ardoneo is a wine cellar. It specializes in the online sale of organic and natural wines, offering one of the widest ranges on the market. Since 2008, Ardoneo has been selecting France's finest organic wines from all the country's wine-growing regions. The winegrowers chosen practice biodynamic, organic or integrated viticulture, limiting the use of chemicals to protect the environment and health. Some wines are certified by Organic Agriculture labels. For lovers of organic and natural wines, Ardoneo is the place to go.

For Alexandra and Laurent, who spent time in the United States discovering craft breweries, the passion for this beverage was so strong that they decided to set up their own brewery. Here, they'll explain the very special work involved in creating beers with astonishing flavours, from white to brown, from carefully selected products. All malts, cereals and spices are organic. They brew a dozen different beers and limited editions. Forget industrial beers!

The ambition and philosophy of our brewmasters is to place the ingredients at the heart of the creation process and to let their characteristics express themselves harmoniously. It is to bring more flavors and aromas to the beers. The Anglet brewery develops a wide range of craft beers, ephemeral, permanent and vintage, in cans and bottles. You can find them and taste them in the wine shops of the Basque Country and elsewhere, bars, hotels, restaurants... It is also a range of textiles that you can discover in the store and on the website.

As soon as you enter, the copper brewing vats stand out and announce the production site, from brewing to labeling, a site that can be discovered through guided tours. Horaila blonde, Xuria white (gold medal in 2015), Gorrasta amber, Iluna brown and a special range: Megabeltz triple black. Akerbeltz beers are sure to please all taste buds.A wide variety of beers for you to buy to take away or taste on the premises.

Celene Bordeaux was born from the regrouping of the historical house elaborating crémant de Bordeaux and the Lannoye vineyards with three estates on the right bank of the Garonne in the appellation Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux (château Moulin de Clotte), Puisseguin Saint-Emilion (château Lanbersac) and Saint-Emilion grand cru (château Ambe Tour Pourret). The Bourrigaud family produces very distinctive, rich and straightforward wines, with a strong emphasis on the terroir of the appellation. And to help you discover all the subtleties, these authentic winemakers have no shortage of ideas! From the traditional visit & tasting to theescape game for groups of 15 to 25 people, you can also picnic at the château and take part in one of the workshops (sensory, nature & wine, insects & wine...). A Sentier des Vignes (vineyard trail) also allows you to visit the vineyard on your own.

All year round, the Peyruse family organizes guided tours and walks through the vineyards, followed by a tasting and a Médoc-style snack, as well as "apéros estuaire". Visitors learn about the different AOCs, the stages in the vine cycle, and the manual and mechanical tasks of the winegrower. On the banks of the estuary, the tour continues with a visit to the carrelets de pêche and the tonnes à canards. Participants are then invited into the pink-and-gray winery, where two seven-hectoliter amphorae take pride of place. A warm welcome and a bucolic setting.

The history of Château du Mont dates back to the end of the ^19th century, with a motto that can be summed up in 3 words: "Passion", "Qualities" and "Pleasures". Today, the 25-hectare estate, spread over the Saintes-Croix-du-Mont, Sauternes and Graves appellations, produces 100,000 bottles of white and red wines harvested exclusively by hand. Claire and Hervé Chouvac not only produce wine, they also share their passion with you. They are happy to welcome you to the estate for tours and tastings.

Formerly named Domaine de Bord-Madeleine and then Château Lafleur Vachon, Château Raymond Tapon has a prestigious history. In 1904, Mr Chaumet-Tapon's wines won the grand prix in Saint-Louis. The vines, cultivated according to traditional methods, are located in Saint-Emilion. A superb black robe, dark in depth and purple on the surface, dresses this bottle with an expressive bouquet that combines red fruits and spices with an elegant toasted and fresh woody flavour.

Au Gré des Vins is all about a warm welcome and over 450 references, including Bordeaux, Languedoc and Champagne, not to mention spirits. But you'll also find them at La Bouteille à la Plage in Arès, as well as a grocery store selling local produce (cheeses, charcuterie, etc.), as the same owner is responsible for this. Philippe regularly organizes "discovery and tasting" workshops to introduce you to new products, as well as food and wine pairings.

An ^18th-century chartreuse whose charm is accentuated by southern avenues of cypress and umbrella pines, as well as a beautiful formal garden, Château de la Dauphine has been awarded 4 Best Of d'Or awards in the Architecture & Landscape, Restoration, Wine Tourism Promotion of Environmental Practices and Discovery & Innovation categories. Certified Organic since 2015 and HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) since 2018, the vineyard, producing Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac, is located on the best terroirs of the Fronsadais.

Jérôme Dohet produces a delicious nectar on a 1.3-ha vineyard. Here grape harvest is manual and in small crates. The bunches of grapes have previously been deleafed and selected, arranged and thinned after months of ripening. Do not miss the authentic 1904 press. Small originality: The owner will make you taste his wine in the cellar, where wonderful sculptures keep the barrels. White plaster busts of 1863, and animal representations produced by a friend of the family who comes from Australia. Kangaroo, elephant, bull, cockerel, wild boar, and crocodile will keep you company during tasting.

On a mountainside, the winegrowers of La Cave d'Irouléguy hand-pick their grapes from nearly 145 hectares. At Grand Barrail Lamarzelle Figeac castle, you will find all the wines of the Dourthe vineyards, champagnes Thienot, Canard-Duchêne and Joseph Perrier, but especially for enthusiasts, rare Grands Crus and vintages. We like the young and professional team that is available to lavish us on the best advice. Tasting workshops to explore various wines and terroirs are regularly organized, from the simplest to the most complex, for novices and for amateurs. By visiting the cellars, you can discover that everything here is done by hand, from grape harvests to the sorting. The 15 hectares of vineyards are treated without insecticides, vine population is from 65% merlot and 35% franc cabernet. The stainless vats mix with the older vats made of cement and wood. 80,000 bottles are produced here every year. Their cellar, sober and classy, beautifully enhance their wines. La Cave Dourthe is perfect for all those who are interested in wine, in order to share a common passion. The cellar has a private tasting room in its floors.

Camille and Benjamin have been making artisanal natural spirits and liqueurs for over 10 years, and created one of the first Patxaran in the Northern Basque Country. Their specialties are well known: Patxaran, Manzana, Patxaka, Basque Pastis, Gin and craft beers. 2024 marks a turning point, with the takeover of Txopinondo (Sagarno apple wine), and the opening (at last!) of their boutique-bar-tasting room to enjoy their specialities after work or later in the evening!

This château, built in 1598 and owned by the Annereau family since 1390, tells a wonderful story. The owner, Dominique Hessel, has never ceased to pursue the work he has begun. After obtaining "Agriculture Raisonnée" certification in 2005, conversion to organic farming was undertaken in 2007 (ECOCERT certification). The château was certified B Corp in October 2023. The three wines to discover are the Grand Vin Château des Annereaux, Château des Biscarrats and the Bordeaux wine l'Ane mort.

Whereas in the past the estate consisted of just two vineyards, today it covers almost 100 hectares of south-facing land. Thanks to their hard work, the Lévêque family has developed a real know-how based on both tradition and innovation. Their oak barrels produce AOC Graves red and white wines of European and even worldwide renown. Don't hesitate to meet this family and share their passion during a visit and tasting session. The vineyard of La Louvière was born in the ^13th century. It passed through several hands: a parliamentary family, winegrowing monks, and then the merchant and mayor of Bordeaux, J.-B. Mareilhac, who had the present château built. Forgotten at the beginning of the ^19th century, the property was finally bought in 1965 by André Lurton, who gave it back its letters of nobility. He then undertook major work in the vineyard (the château was classified as a historical monument in 1991), and revived the Graves appellation with the Pessac-Léognan appellation...

In the 18th century, Château Pomys was one of the most important estates in Saint-Estephe, having belonged successively to great families such as d'Estournel, Martin, Hostein, Pullum and Arnaud. Michel Reybier, owner of the Domaines Reybier hotel group and of the second grand cru classé Cos d'Estournel, has bought Pomys. The estate has a dozen rooms, a seminar room, a reception room and a catering service. The lounges are in the château, in the cellars with a view of the park, the wine estate and the towers.

Château Mercier is a traditional, family-run wine estate on the right bank of the Gironde, northwest of the Côtes-de-Bourg appellation. Today run by the Chéty siblings, it has been in the hands of this passionate family since 1698 - a total of thirteen generations! The 23 hectares of vines are cultivated according to tradition. Red, white and Clairet are produced from vines growing on clay-gravel soil. Château Mercier also offers guest rooms and a gîte for wine tourism.

The second oldest appellation in the Bordeaux region, Graves de Vayres officially came into being in January 1926. Nestled between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, this wine-growing region forms an enclave on the commune of Vayres and the upper part of Arveyres. Today, some thirty estates share the terroir. This cooperative winery is one of the oldest in France. It brings together three appellations: Listrac, Moulis and Haut-Médoc. The 45 winegrowers, who have been associated since 1935, are environmentally aware: some use fallow land to combat short-nuke, while others use sheep for 100% natural weeding. 200 m² are dedicated to the tasting and sale (reds, rosés, whites, in bottles or bibs) of their production. The association regularly organizes discovery evenings and takes part in numerous gourmet events.

Situated on the Left Bank, on a gravelly hilltop on the banks of the Gironde, Château Sipian is a 22-hectare wine estate bordered by magnificent palm trees. Heading the estate is Frédéric Meyahe, who developed a passion for vines at an early age, and has been devoting himself to the vineyard for over 30 years, assisted today by his son and daughter. He has replanted historic Bordeaux grape varieties to produce single-varietal or blended red, white and rosé wines for ageing or immediate pleasure, classic or revisited, vinified on the fruit. The vineyard extends over 16 hectares around the château and 4 hectares on "the heights of Barsac": Clos Mercier. 40 kilometers from Bordeaux, Stéphane Wagrez and Olivier Fargues are attempting to create the wine of the ^21st century, with the Cuvée Coccinelle. Passion, innovation and respect are the watchwords of this vineyard, which is helping to bring Sauternes back into fashion. The Château la Bouade cuvée is more syrupy. Here, Lucie will help you discover and taste AOP Tursan, IGP Landes and the famous Rosé des sables de l'Océan. She'll explain that the grapes are harvested when ripe, picked and processed by a technical team responsible for the quality of the wines you'll find on sale. The operation is that of a large estate. The wines are bottled at the estate in Geaune, where the tours take place.

Founded in 1994 by Jérôme Plantey, CASH WINE today has 4 cellars at your service in the southwest. Both a trader and a merchant, the master words of this sign can be summarized as follows: careful selection of the products, the lowest price all year round, the advice of oenologists. Custom vintages are proposed, and the bottles not consumed can be seen, in other words the "king client" is not a myth!

It can be said that Bellevue Castle bears its name. Located in Plassac, at the top of a promontory, it offers superb views of the estuary and its surroundings. The property, built in 1808, is surrounded by 9 hectares of vineyards. 60,000 bottles are produced here each year in red and glazing with a 70% merlot. These wines have not been tarnished for a long time, because in recent years all prices have been trustworthy: Blaye Coast Trophy, gold medals, silver and bronze in the wine Citadels competition…

This family property of 90 hectares is composed of three different vineyards: Château Lépine which produces red Bordeaux in Barsac, Château Mayne du Cros in Loupiac whose vines are spread out in Loupiac, white Bordeaux and red Bordeaux, and Château du Cros in Cérons where white and red gravel are produced. Here, you will discover one of the rare vineyards to exploit one hectare of vines planted in 1907, which produce an exceptional Loupiac, and this for 4 generations! The House of Entre-deux-Mers wines is located inside the remarkable abbey barn classified as a historical monument, at the entrance of the abbey of La Sauve Majeure. Don't forget to admire the superb framework dating from the 16th century. The wine syndicate can thus be proud to present its wines of the AOC Entre-deux-Mers in such a beautiful place. Born in 1937, the appellation gathers 250 wine growers on 1 500 hectares. It produces exclusively dry white wine.

Proud representatives of the fourth generation, Isabelle and Franck Feytit continue to run this family estate 2 kilometers north of Saint-Emilion.
