Laëtitia, a seasoned sportswoman with a passion for outdoor activities, offers you the discovery of her favorite playground, the Pyrenean foothills of the Basque Country, on foot, on trail, on horseback and along the coast, with surfboard or paddle. With a training and a diploma of sports educator, she will share her passion with you by proposing outings in small groups on her favorite themes such as the history, the local fauna, the flora, the rocks or the gastronomy and its producers without forgetting the beaches from San Sebastián to the Adour.

The equestrian club is the Pôle Equestre de Biarritz. Its aim? To make horse-riding a possible activity for everyone from the age of 3, surrounded by a professional teaching team to discover the world of horses. The Pôle Equestre has a closed riding arena, a covered arena, two riding arenas including an equestrian stadium, 3 tack rooms, lockers for owner-riders and 180 boxes. Meadows, a solarium and 5 paddocks for horses are also available on site.

The sports department has recognized skate as a sport discipline since the mid s. Since 1997, skateboard is connected to the French roller-skating federation, now known as the French roller sports federation. This recognition of skate allowed the creation of diplomas, the organisation of an official French championship and the creation of a technical and sporting regulation with the recognition of the specialities street, ramp, bowl and descent.

The French Alpine Club is over one hundred and forty years old. Its Pyrenees branch is ideally located for outings of all levels and disciplines: skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountaineering, climbing, caving... the possibilities are endless. Run by enthusiasts, it's a meeting place for mountain lovers, where strong bonds are forged with the pleasure of getting out into the mountains and nature. It's also an educational center for mountaineering enthusiasts, and an advocate for the preservation of the mountain environment.

The Évasion Pyrénéenne association is committed to protecting the environment. Founded in 1988, it is a registered Nature Protection and Jeunesse et Sports organization. Its main objective is environmental education, by raising public awareness of the need to discover and preserve nature. Through its activities, the association aims to improve everyday habits in favor of our natural heritage.

With 12 members in 2012, the independent club Spelexpo organizes exploration raids for speleologists confirmed in three major caves of the Pyrenees-Atlantic. Especially in the Massifs and Urkulu mountains. And some members leave Laos every year for explorations in the impressive networks in the region.

Tosse, a small town in the Landes region of France, offers caving enthusiasts the chance to practice this exciting activity thanks to the Spéléo Club des Landes. The Spéléo Club de Périgueux is a sports club based in Périgueux. With 33 members of the French caving federation, the club offers caving adventures to discover and explore the underground environment in complete safety. From the base at Cénac or Siorac-en-Périgord, there is a wide choice of routes ranging from seven to thirty kilometers between Saint-Julien-de-Lampon and Limeuil. You're free to ride for half a day, a full day or just a few hours. With a little training and determination, it's also possible to go on real treks of two or more days on the waters of the Dordogne, from 38 to 110 km. Built at the end of the ^19th century on the lands of the Countess de Noailles, heiress of Beaumont, the court is an imposing monument in Pau. Built by the architect Virant, the court was described in 1930 by a historian as "the most beautiful court in France and perhaps in the world". After being transformed into a trinquet court, the Jeu de paume de Navarre association is working hard to maintain the hall's original activity. It is possible to reserve slots for initiations, demonstrations and tournaments are regularly organized.

Driven by the desire to revitalize this 9-hole (Par 35) course created in 1996 and perpetuate its simple, warm spirit, Eric and Patricia Lebigre took over Golf du Tursan in 2017. A former greenkeeper, Eric ensures a personalized welcome and pampers this superb 2,809-meter-long course that stretches through the woods and between the vines. A 12-station driving range, 6 of which are covered, and a putting green are also available. Equipment hire, lessons, training courses... At lunchtime, Patricia serves simple dishes based on local produce.

It's in the heart of the Chalosse region, renowned for its typical valleys in contrast to the legendary flatness of the rest of the Landes, that Karine Lavigne created this equestrian farm, both pony club and Equestrian Tourism Center, in 2008. There are a number of ways to discover the joys of horse riding. Alongside the A63 motorway, AF Kart'Landes has the largest circuit in Aquitaine. The tracks are approved by the Fédération Française de Sport Automobile. Situated on the intermediate plateau a stone's throw from the Nahuques animal park, Mont-de-Marsan's Street Park is divided into two parts: a 1,000 m² concrete skate area suitable for skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, scooters and BMX, and a dirt BMX track suitable for all levels. The site is accessible to all, regardless of age or level, to enable a wide audience to enjoy themselves. You can also take advantage of the on-site picnic area to spend the whole day. And there's plenty for snowboarders too!

Stade Montois canoë-kayak organizes self-guided canoe trips on the Midouze. Half-day or full-day trips are available on a calm, shady river, accessible to paddlers of all levels. In summer, departure is from Mont-de-Marsan town center, at the foot of the tourist office. Departures from the Tartas tourist office are also available. An unforgettable outdoor activity on a river accessible to all.

Sailing enthusiasts, welcome to Sport Nautique d'Andernos! The friendly instructors, the trips around the Île aux Oiseaux... are just some of the reasons to try your hand at sailing. Nautical excursions and courses during the school vacations are offered on Optimists from age 6, dinghies from age 8, catamarans from age 10 and windsurfers from age 11. The course comprises 5 sessions of 3 hours each, from Monday to Friday, depending on the tides. Private and group lessons are led by qualified instructors.

In the heart of the forest of Marensin, tour of Moulin de Bianou is a pleasant walk of seven kilometres. Allow two hours walk, or 45 minutes by bike. At the beginning of the village hall Linxe, tour alternates bare meadows and pine forests, along the river Bianou. It allows you to observe the airials and large estate of the town, described as "castles", typical of the Region.

This inner loop 6 km tour is easy to make family. It combines the two highlights of the city: the presence of Adour and the architectural heritage of this ancient wall. You will go along the banks of the river before taking the path of the ramparts, buildings dating from the 12th century. This walk can be made by bike, in just 25 minutes.

River Canoë Kayak offers free hiking on the Dordogne. The beginner journey stretches over six kilometers to the small picturesque town of Allas-les-Mines. Enjoy a stop and discover its Gallo-Roman heritage and Renaissance style buildings. Back to the starting point, if you want to renew the experience, longer shipments are possible towards Grolejac, Vitrac or La Roque-Gageac.

Lac Lake is dedicated every summer to welcome local and holiday travellers. Our sandy beaches are open to hikers and bathers. But before comfort, a little sport does not hurt! Casteladventure's leisure base rents pedal boats and canoes at half-hour: it is up to you to take up the challenge of the 17 hectares! You will also find a health course and routes for a more aerial visit.

A former railroad line, the Voie verte de Chalosse links the towns of Saint-Sever to Dax, via Hinx, where the track joins the road, as well as Mugron and Montfort-en-Chalosse. The 34 km trail alternates between gravel and surfaced areas, making it suitable for mountain bikes, mountain bikes and walking. The trail starts in the Aulgreilh district, 3 km from Saint-Sever town center. From here, you can take the 10 km Voie verte to the commune of Montaut. Picnic areas are available.

Éape on the road of Santiago de Compostela (GR 652), the commune of Moirax is a high place in the religious history of France. At the beginning of the priory, this 6,7 km hike proposes to walk in the footsteps of the pilgrims. Take the time to admire this 100 th century building, whose construction by the clunisien order lasted over years, before embarking on the trail. It winds in the woods before crossing the river of Jorle and then passing through its other arm, the Toumbade. You will continue under the trees along the river, until you go back to Moirax. On the road you will find views of the castle of Las Boubées and the valley of the Garonne.

This 8,3 km loop around the town of Hautesvignes is within walking distance (2 h 40) or mountain bike (1 h). This path is slightly uneven and invites you to discover the hazel and walnut orchards that border the municipality and the irrigation lakes that feed them. On the road you can see a pigeon and a tobacco dryer, souvenirs of ancient times. The circuit also offers beautiful views over the valley of the Garonne and surrounding municipalities.

Departing from Moustey, this 11 km signposted loop is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists alike. It combines architectural and natural curiosities, particularly at its starting point: the Place des Deux-Eglises. The unusual presence of two juxtaposed religious edifices has made the town famous - a mystery still unexplained... From here, you'll head for the Leyre and its heathery landscapes. Along the way, you'll come across the royal fern, a type of fern that's on the verge of extinction, and pass by some beautiful airials, typical of the Landes region.
