Fun Golf, in Nastringues, offers you a new kind of golf. It is a nine-hole golf course, 60 to 160 meters long, accessible to all, especially to beginners. The place lends itself to the discovery of this sport which can sometimes impress. The course is 900 meters long and a 150 meter practice range allows you to work on your swing. On site, we lend you golf clubs, and we offer individual or group lessons. A good idea for a family day, especially since the picnic area is really nice.

Pottery will soon have no secret of you. In a friendly and friendly atmosphere, Valérie invites you to a pottery. Small and large will be able to try to manufacture various and varied stoneware and clay pots, pots and utensils. This guided tour, with a playful demonstration, looks very short.

The polders, or "mattes" as they are known locally, are lands reclaimed from the sea and drained according to a very particular method, initiated by Dutch engineers who came to practice their art at the request of Louis XIV. Stretching from Valeyrac to the Verdon, these large expanses are crossed by tamarisk hedges and drainage ditches. To explore them, start at the Richard lighthouse, then walk inland along the estuary's shoreline at the Richard port. Continue to the D2 road and take one of the trails back to the lighthouse. The school offers surfing and bodyboarding lessons for groups and individuals. Several formulas are available, such as day, week (two-hour classes per day for two, three, four or five days) or courses between April and October. When you arrive in Montalivet by the coast, you often have the surprise of seeing sails moving fast on the beach. A mirage? No, voile tanks and speed-sails, the practice of which is open to everyone, through introductory days or developmental courses, to practice these sports for a weekend or holiday. To complete your visit to Moulis-en-Médoc, take a 3-hour walk along a footpath with less than 10% tarmac. The 14-kilometer trail winds through vineyards to the Raze fountain, the ^10th-century Tiquetorte mill and the Saint-Saturnin church. You can also stop off at one of the many châteaux and sample one or more of their vintages. This trail is part of the Route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.

The Rafting and Canoeing Club was created in 1962 by the USCN (Union Sportive Coarraze-Nay). Thus, all year round, the inhabitants of the Gaves have the possibility to practice river descents, alone, with their family or in groups, supervised by professionals. For the novices, rafting allows to discover white water in complete safety. The most courageous or the most athletic can navigate on more autonomous boats (hot-dog, kayak). The club participates in numerous sports competitions, the good results of which are the pride of the establishment. Training courses are regularly offered in order to discover the discipline or to perfect one's practice.

In the village of Susmiou located at 3 km from Navarrenx, Hervé Baltar is a qualified fishing instructor-guide. He will allow you to discover the modern techniques for the fishing of salmonids: trout fario with the fly and the natural baits, Atlantic salmon and shad. This specialist of the Béarn gaves adapts his teaching to your level and to the water conditions to give you a maximum of chance to touch fish. This picturesque two-kilometre loop reveals a captivating bucolic charm. After traversing the beautiful Béarn countryside, the village's Calvaire wood and its forest are full of pleasant surprises. Plunge into the heart of the flora and fauna, while contemplating picturesque landscapes such as the forest ecosystem, the calvary, and the ecology of the Virgou stream. Stroll at your own pace along this hour-long trail between the town hall and the church, lined with twelve desks recounting not only the town's landmarks, but also the major events that have shaped its history. A second itinerary, starting in the Barlanès district, 7 kilometers from the town center, goes by the evocative name of "Sentier de découverte de la vallée de Barlanès" (Barlanès Valley Discovery Trail). This route highlights preserved natural areas, such as the Arguibelle cliff, the Issarbe peat bogs and tree species.

From Oloron in the direction of the Somport. Before Urdos, take the road behind the Électrique electric plant. Then direction Quartier district, to the Maison house (parking). Take the wide trail of the car park and lead to the bergerie. A bridge crosses the torrent: continue until the hut of Larrecq, procession the torrent and climb towards the collar, then descend towards the lake. In all, 3 hours of hiking. With an area of 3 ha, very shallow, this lake lends itself to fly practice. Possibility to sleep at the refuge or bivouac.

Located in the Ossau valley, the ski area of Artouste blossoms in the heart of a wild landscape of breathtaking beauty. There are 20 tracks (25 km), 13 lifts, 5 lifts, 6 ski lifts and 2 lifts.

Three different spaces, depending on each level:

・the "Mailhné" sector: altitude area with the Pyrenees boulevard, accessible for all levels, with 4,5 km of non-stop descent.

・the "Discovery" sector with the new "cool pist" on which boardercross and fun space are located.

・the "Smugglers" sector with a new, safe but non-damée track.

Just 2 km from the resort, the Braca forest is ideal for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The 25 km of carefully marked trails offer routes for all levels of experience. The Via Ferrata de Siala is for thrill-seekers and climbers alike, offering a vertical route that rewards adventurers with breathtaking panoramic views. Located halfway between Eaux-Bonnes and Gourette, this safe climbing route follows the Gave river, culminating in a 250-metre-long wall with a 120-metre vertical drop, with sections of varying difficulty. The route begins with a zip line, followed by a Nepalese bridge. Completing the course can take between 1 and 3 hours.

The Artiguelouve golf course, designed by Jean Garaïalde, has a Floridian feel with a theme of "between mountains and ocean". The 18-hole, par 70, 5,639-meter course features numerous doglegs, water hazards and large greens, and is divided into two sections. The first with 6 narrow, highly tactical holes in a wooded area; the second with 12 holes on wide terrain ideal for long shots. It's for everyone, beginners and experienced players alike. Relaxation, but also competitions, from the golf school for the youngest to the Artiguelouve Grand Prix for all. Pau Football Club (PFC) embodies the passion, determination and deep-rooted connection between soccer and the city of Pau. Founded in 1904, the soccer club has come a long way to become a local sporting institution. It has evolved over the decades, playing in various divisions of French soccer, and is currently ranked ^11th in Ligue 2, the country's second division.
