From April to November, the CitySurf shuttle takes you close to the waves from Bordeaux. Managed by surfing professionals, the school has been awarded the "Ecole Française de Surf" label, and accompanies you to the ocean to learn to surf or improve your skills. You can find the team at the Boardriders store or directly at the Garonne beach in Cap-Ferret, where lessons are given every weekend during the same period. The school is open to everyone aged 7 and over. There are also courses and surf camps with accommodation in the Basque Country and Portugal.

The professional team at PlanetOcean in Hendaye offers individual or group diving sessions from the Betiko all year round. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, we offer training courses at various levels. For beginners, the DSD experience (one pool dive and one sea dive) and snorkeling trips are ideal. The municipal swimming pool of Nérac is entirely covered. It offers a 25 m pool, ideal for swimming laps. What if music could change the world? In Pau, this utopia is taken very seriously. For the past fifteen years, a fine team led by conductor Fayçal Karoui has been sowing the seeds of music in the hearts and fingers of hundreds of children from every district. During the school vacations, Anglet Tourisme is offering an introduction to Basque pelota, the king of sports in the Basque Country, taught by a qualified sports instructor at the El Hogar covered left-hand wall. This sport takes the form of several games and can be played at any age. Initiation takes place in groups, under the guidance of Oihan, who will introduce you to all the specialties: barehand, pala, xare and chistera. Sports baptism, the activity is practiced on a dedicated indoor site.

Already 10 years old, the Au Creux des Cimes accrobranche is located in the heart of the trees near the Cénitz beach in Guéthary. Attendance continues to grow, with an average of 400 children per season. the site features 16 workshops and 5 zip lines. Marc, the manager, directs and supervises young and old alike, equipping them with harnesses, karabiners and other age-appropriate equipment. Allo Canoë offers you to discover the region on board a canoe-kayak. Located on the banks of the Dronne, the base allows you to evolve on the river for 1 hour, half a day, a day or even several days if you wish. Beginners can try canoeing on the Fontaine d'Amour-Vigonac course, estimated at two hours. You will be able to discover the fauna and flora that feed on the water of the Dronne, but also the architectural heritage of the places you cross.

Several routes are possible around the Dronne, including this mini-hiking. 4 km long, it is the easiest route to start. You will descend the river from Brantôme to Fountain of Love (count from 1 am to 1 pm), accompanied by a monitor. The return to the starting point is done by shuttle - nothing easier! Canoes, kayaks and paddles-up are also available to train around Brantôme.

Canoes Valley Vézère proposes you to spend time and the Vézère to discover the landscapes that attracted the first men. The base is located in Les Eyzies, capital of Prehistory, where you can choose the most suitable course. Varying from one hour to the day, the choices are multiple and the prices include a departure by mini-bus, which allows you to carry out the journey in one direction. The simplest route is the Parcours route. It is 9 km long and lasts 1 hours and is accessible to all.

Several routes (from 5 to 22 km) will allow you to descend the river by passing through the castles of Montfort, Castelnaud and Beynac, and in front of the fort of Roque-Gajeac.
