After the Pâtisserie de Famille in the heart of the Ha (a) ïtza hotel, the Téchoueyres family has opened a new patisserie, designed by Philippe Starck. La Pâtisserie de Ma Fille boasts a pleasant terrace on the Place des Marquises in Arcachon's summer town. Here, you can enjoy an excellent hot chocolate. And what about the pastries prepared by Antony Prunet! Each one is more appetizing than the last: gourmet, but not too sweet.

With seating for 20 and a small terrace, Le Petit Café has all the makings of a great place! All day long, Jennifer serves hot drinks and delicious cakes made by l'Atelier d'Esmé. Not to mention a 100% home-made savoury offer.

Run for years by Rémi Roussille, the establishment has changed hands, but not its spirit. Los Tios, a festive bar well known to locals, retains the energy and ambience that attracts loyal customers. No more on-site catering, but with the new owners, a return to tapas is announced, and still a long list of wines, beers and cocktails, as well as lively evenings around private or group events. Le Grand Bain is a new civic and social space in the city, created by the association Le Grand Bain, which aims to create a collective dynamic in the center of Casteljaloux around shared spaces. These include an associative café, work and meeting spaces, a garden, workshops... Here, we create, we train, we learn, we share, we make together, we participate, we invent, we create social links. Of course, these spaces are open to all, and anyone with a good will is welcome.

The Rooftop, the summer bar par excellence! Located at the top of the Bather terrace with a breathtaking view of the Port-Vieux beach, close to the mythical Rocher de la Vierge,is the place to be when the sun goes down for a friendly aperitif, with delicious cocktails and a wide range of champagnes. Signature cocktails like the Mango Rash, the Rhode Island, the Gin'n Roses, the Virgin Mojito with or without alcohol. The Beer Box is the ultimate buddy bar, where people get together to share a few drinks and a few laughs. Pindères has seen the creation of a local business and a place for socializing. The café-grocery opened its doors in the village in 2023. An initiative and a realization of the Lugues association, which brings together Pindères residents around a place to live. Some twenty volunteers are committed to bringing this new store to life, and are on call to keep it open on a daily basis. The program includes workshops for children, board game evenings, and a counter where people can meet and chat.

A distinction must be made between the beach bar and the restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner (reservations required) and features a short menu based on seasonal produce. From 9am to 1am, without reservation, the beach bar offers a wide choice of pizzas (prepared on site), seafood, a farandole of land and sea tapas: octopus à la galicienne, cod acras, terrine du vendangeur, BAO of pulled pork... Piha is like the Temple of Coffee in Bordeaux. Carefully selected and roasted specialty beans await you for a sublime tasting experience in all its forms. It's an open-air wine bar in the vineyards! Initially, Karina and Nicolas were able to welcome up to 250 guests, but after a 3-year break, the desire to do something different arose. Today, Domaine de Sentout is limited to around fifteen guests. Like a tiny guinguette, the privileged few who gather here enjoy a lovely evening while getting to know each other, as well as Karina and Nicolas, who will be delighted to talk to you about polyculture, agroecology and permaculture.

Patent-leather shoes and a disco ball - it's party time! This new dance bar in the city's hypercentre is heating up Bordeaux evenings with its 80s playlists. Ready to sway to hip-hop, dance and slightly retro disco rhythms? No one's going to stop you humming along to those tunes you just can't forget... Enjoy the original, good-natured atmosphere while nibbling on tapas (Cajun fries, croquettes, planks and other classics of the genre) and sipping coqtails.

Paul Gouzien set up his Opus 34, created in 2020, on rue porte de la monnaie, then within the TnBA (ex-Café du théâtre). And that makes it a real artists' HQ! Opened before and after theater performances,Opus 34 is a bright and beautiful place, with a stage for Op'N'Mic events, a large bar and a terrace under the trees near the Sainte-Croix church. The area is particularly pleasant. Here, you can enjoy ultra-worked simonettes to share. At lunchtime, Opus 34 is a veritable canteen, with a menu priced at 15 euros.

A long, neon-lit coffee shop where you can take a break during the day with a coffee or a hot drink in the barista tradition (cappuccino, macchiato, latte, chai latte, chocolate...). As the area is not overflowing with such establishments, this one is all the more appreciated. Ludovic, the manager, has created a pleasant and original place, with a comic book corner for book lovers, and board games available for those who want to play with friends.

Located right in the heart of downtown Pau, Suzani is a warm and welcoming place that combines a restaurant, a tea room and a designer and craft store. The establishment features natural, plant-based cuisine that's both healthy and gourmet. Whether you're looking for a gourmet break or a hearty brunch, the tearoom has something to satisfy your taste buds and your curiosity. In the boutique, you'll find a fine selection of decorative objects from local artisans and designers. It's an ideal place to find unique and original gifts, or simply to explore local craftsmanship. A true place of discovery!

This new beer bar on Place Gramont offers a refreshing stopover under the arcades, set back from the traffic lanes. In days gone by, these overhanging alleys were just wide enough for horse-drawn carriages to maneuver! Amber, white, Pills or top-fermented IPA, you'll find beers brewed all over Europe. Don't hesitate to ask Jennifer and Vincent, who can recommend fruity beers with acidic or resinous notes, creamy and floral, or with a more pronounced bitterness. One thing's for sure: at Craft-Pyrénées, you'll find everything you need to quench your thirst, whether on the premises or to take away.

Located on Laouga beach on the Route des Lacs in La Teste-de-Buch, Chez Juliette is a restaurant offering on-site dining.

Winner of the 2021 "Mon Centre Bourg a un incroyable commerce" competition with her Lalalandes project, Le Petit Futé met Eva Egloff. Against a backdrop of seventies wallpaper, her little café, as good vibes as she is, opened its doors in 2022. It used to be an old printing works. You'll find a selection of groceries (local only) on the wine list, as well as beers and tapas (in the evening). Almost every day, Eva proposes a new event: zero-waste workshops, belote, couscous evenings, games... And live music on the terrace in fine weather.

It is in a muy atmosphere that the Kiwi Bar welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday, for a moment or an entire evening, until 2 am. Taste one of the 45 cocktails with sweet and exotic scents (with moderation, of course!). If the heart tells you, and before you go on the sifted track for a demonstration of your pas Latin dance, you can sit at the Kiwi Bar table for a tasting of burgers, pizzas or duck breasts. Then, because it is not a question of attarder at the table, under the colourful neon lanterns, the music will attract you to the center of the track: you have to play your wiggle.
