The small roasted camembert with honey and herbs passes very well, just like the board where dry sausage, chorizo, ham, coppa and homemade sausage of the farm are mixed. The design is worked with paintings, buffalo heads, etc., and the exposed stone adds height to this large room where the high tables as well as the barrels invite conviviality.
