Other dishes include a secret ingredient: beer. It is found in their good Flemish carbonade - pieces of beef fondants in sauce. The boss is keyboard about beer, and you may tell where the so peculiar shape of the glass of Kwak… For dessert, a Brussels waffle seems to be everything!
