GAEC LABEL GRANGES

They join the small circle of manufacturers of this typical cheese, which includes only 5 workshops and is distinguished by its production on the farm. The last one, located in La Pesse, had stopped the tradition more than 40 years ago.
Florent was already making tomme and the farm being in the PDO zone, it is quite naturally, at the request of Delphine, that they started. True enthusiasts, they regularly offer activities on the estate.
