The Union des vignerons des coteaux de l'Ardèche, known under the brand name Vignerons Ardéchois, groups together 1,500 winegrowers at 14 wineries, covering a total of 7,500 ha. A wide range of grape varieties flourish on this varied terroir, giving Vignerons Ardéchois wines their richness and distinctive character. For 2,000 years, in this valley with its clay-limestone soil and Mediterranean climate, generations of winegrowers have ensured the continuity of the vineyard. Founded in 1952, the cooperative cellar receives grapes from 75 cooperators, for a surface area of 420 ha. The basic grape variety was that of the Côtes-du-Rhône. Alba's winegrowers formed a cooperative in 1941. Today, some thirty winegrowers from the commune and surrounding areas are involved. A rich territory alternating between the basaltic terraces of the Coiron and the limestone slopes of Mont Juliau, with 60% red grape varieties. A modern winery, a barrel cellar and a renovated boutique are all quality tools that enable Alba's winegrowers to process their grapes and market their wines.

This cellar offers wines from the Ardèche winegrowers of the protected appellations of origin Côtes-du-rhône and Côtes-du-vivarais as well as organic wines. The Vignerons des Gorges are particularly dynamic and committed to wine tourism. They are grouped together in producers' stores, some of them also offer their olive oils, mark out winegrowers' paths and program walks in the vineyards as part of a dynamic wine tourism.

Vinsobres is the first growth of the Drôme provençale. The cooperative cellar gathers 250 wine growers. In the middle of the vineyards, the Vinsobraise reveals the stages of wine making, grape sorting, pressing, bottling... This terroir of the Côtes-du-Rhône produces aromatic and fruity wines, including two vins de pays, white chardonnay and red merlot, and, in addition to vinsobres, two other AOCs : roussane (white) and carignan (red). Just a stone's throw from the tourist office, the Rosières winery groups together 150 winegrowers, i.e. 700 hectares of vines, spread over 13 communes. The variety of soils and exposures are an asset that the cellar makes the most of. It produces local wines made from Gamay and Cabernet Sauvignon for the reds and rosés, and from Sauvignon Blanc for the whites. Two exceptions: Viognier on sandstone soils which gives a rare and magnificent wine and Chatus, a grape variety which survived the phylloxera epidemic and whose most beautiful plants are found in the commune of Vernon.

Nestled at the foot of the castle, this winery was created in 1926. La Suzienne is a showcase of the region's winegrowing landscape, an ambassador for the diversity of the terroirs and local wines. It brings together the winegrowers of 22 communes located in the Drôme Provençale and the northern part of the Vaucluse. La Suzienne produces and markets 4 AOP appellations: côtes-du-rhône, côtes-du-rhône-villages, grignan-les-adhémar and suze-la-rousse.
