The cinema Les Ambiances is located in the heart of the small clerical streets. The three rooms are equipped with the latest standards (its THX), ideal for watching quality authors films. Films in original, meetings with directors, screenwriters or comedians, debate evenings, pre-premieres, special cycles and weeks, movies-concerts, carte blanche, special screenings and young audiences are the program. The Ciné Dôme changes its name and becomes Pathé Aubière! This huge complex welcomes moviegoers in a magnificent colorful setting with 14 screens, 7 of which are equipped with 3D. The reception area has been completely redesigned for a total immersion in the world of cinema, with the creation of a ticket sales area, a corner dedicated to automatic terminals, and a friendly café with a view of the Chaîne des Puys. Digital, 3D and VO projection of all the major films of the moment and a good number of previews in optimal comfort. The Ciné Jaude is located on the third and last floor of the Jaude 1 shopping center. The acidulous colors of the Ciné Alpes group have invaded the premises in the same way as the Ciné Dôme. The cinema has seven very comfortable rooms. One room is equipped with Dolby atmos sound and the EclairColor projection process, a new broadcasting technology that ensures unprecedented viewing quality. Enough to satisfy the moviegoers of the city center of Clermont-Ferrand, even if we still prefer the Capitole and the ambiances for more original programs and the Paris for the size of the rooms and the screens. The Gergovie is the cinema of Cournon-d'Auvergne. It has 3 rooms, two of which are equipped for 3D sessions. The program is quite varied: action or science-fiction movies, documentaries or animated films, big productions or comedies... Please note that the cinema also offers an Art et Essai program. Located right next to the Carré Jaude 2 shopping center, the Le Paris cinema is a complex with 7 theaters whose capacity varies from 93 to 374 seats. Its seats are waiting for you to enjoy many movies in air-conditioned rooms with digital dolby sound. 3D projections are sometimes offered. The Paris also screens operas, ballets, musicals and concerts. The automatic terminals at the entrance promise quick access. You can also take time to enjoy a drink and treats at the upstairs bar.

Ideally located in downtown Issoire, a stone's throw from the Saint-Austremoine abbey church, Le Modern is a cinema with three auditoriums seating 121, 71 and 216, one of which is equipped with 3D technology. The program is diversified: you'll be able to see the big films of the moment, as well as French and foreign art house films (in VOSTFR).

In the old municipal casino you can find the cinema of the municipality. Few meetings (one per day, Tuesday at p. m., Friday at 21 p. m., Saturday at 21 p. m., Sunday at 15 p. m.), but a great effort in programming. This film was born from the will of the municipality of Bourbon-l'Archambault and the SECBA (Société d'exploitation du Casino de Bourbon-le'Archambault) to ensure a film presence in the city. The old casino also hosts various shows and events: theatre, conferences, or slideshow.

Rio was born in the 1960s. History has remembered the charismatic founder of this cinema, Nick Kechichian. His real first name was Antranig, a tailor of Armenian origin, he had a house built at 178 rue Sous-les-Vignes, which became Le Rio. It is a modest cinema where the great classics of auteur cinema are shown. Rio is still fighting for a different and authentic cinema, whose sole objective is not only profitability but also culture. The room, emblematic and historical, is also an Art et Essai. You will also find a programme for young audiences, one of the other specificities of cinema, conferences and debates and meet in person some of the great names in cinema!

The Capitole's programming appeals to moviegoers because it is one of the few to offer films in their original version as well as films d'auteurs. The Capitol became the Capitol in 1966, and in 1972 a new exterior look was given to the theatre, which was doubled in size. Four years later, the purchase followed the obtaining of the UGC label for the exploitation. Six theaters were created, a complete renovation was undertaken, and the booths were automated. A difficult period followed, before Pathé bought the cinema in 1992. Today, it is still the owner of the Capitole cinema. The five rooms of the cinema are classified Art et Essai and the films always delight the cinephiles.
