Twenty years ago, Valérie started (at the time, it was quite a gamble!) in milk processing. Since then, she has been making Bergues cheese, washed with beer as is the tradition, but she has also created her own cheeses: the Petit Bissezeele, the Bissezeelois or the Bissezeelin, with flaxseed or the carré du Chapitre. And even a camenbergues! A real delight.

Since its creation in 1980, the cheese dairy regularly wins many awards at the cheese fair of La Cappelle. In the store, a video explains the process of making Maroilles cheese. In addition to the farmhouse maroilles, you will find the Avesnes dumpling or the Cerfmont heart. The cheese factory can also be visited by appointment, but you will have to stay behind the windows, for hygiene reasons!
