Built after the Lille opera house burned down in 1903, this theater boasts a large, handsome auditorium with typical ^19th-century architecture and striking gilding. The Hybrid is a private circle that keeps its members growing, both its innovative concept and its simple and friendly atmosphere are matched only by the quality of the proposed programming. Finally, twice a year, the Hybrid also organizes exhibitions dedicated to artists or collectives with many debates to further develop cultural reflection. In May 2017, the Hybrid celebrated its 10 years by reprogramment 10 short films that were presented throughout this decade of existence. A nice demonstration. For over 10 years, the boulevard plays performed on the Comédie de Lille stage have been delighting the people of Lille. For another year running, the theater's program has been designed with the sole aim of making you laugh even harder than usual at this highly popular genre of comedy. It is under the roof of a former powder keg of the th century that the association Arts Stage Rocks has settled. The idea is: offer eclectic music programming at local, national and international levels and create new talent. A promise of musical discovery, new sounds, new musical aesthetics in a most convivial and atypical room. In addition to organised concerts, several cultural activities are also carried out by the association throughout the year.

Since its reopening celebrated in 2019, the Grand Mix continues to attract thousands of curious and music lovers! It must be said that there is plenty to celebrate. The "bunker" has become an open and bright place with lots of new spaces, including the Club, a 300-seat room designed to host emerging groups. It will even be possible to eat there. The goal of this unique venue is to unearth new talent and program the best of today's music, while allowing a real encounter between the artists and the public.

Over the years, La Cave aux Poètes has become an essential address for all lovers of contemporary music. At the origin of the creation of this atypical concert hall, we find the collective L'Eclipse, gathering artists of all disciplines. In 1994, the collective invested a cellar, which was used in the 1970s as a place to read... poetry! The ambition of the collective is to create unique events accessible to all around an eclectic program, by privileging regional artists as much as possible.

In the friendly setting of the Jardin Vauban, the puppet theater "Le P'tit Jacques" lets children thrill to the sound of the puppeteers' voices as they stage funny, lively stories in the Guignol style. The stories, which revolve around the laughing, lovable P'tit Jacques, are perfectly suited to the youngsters, while the puppets fascinate them throughout the performance. An educational and family-friendly outing for young and old alike.

On the banks of the Deûle, we only see him... The Colysée. Designed by the architect Louis-Carlier, the building takes the form of an impressive monolith carved out of wood whose glass facades reflect the surrounding plain. A brilliant and modern architecture that reflects the image of this place that never stops reinventing itself through quality programming. Music, dance, street theater and even open-air cinema on sunny days, the Maison Folie de Lambersart, which is part of the Fabriques Culturelles network, makes you live art passionately.

Special hotels like this, there are still about ten to Arras. Built in the th century on the Parisian model, the Hotel de Guînes, completely restored, opens onto an elegant paved courtyard and houses the unique Maison de la Pas-de-Calais. A place of artistic expression and meetings, it houses the Batterie de la Battery association. On the ground floor, a bar welcomes artists and spectators, framed by a multimedia area and a book devoted to the book. On the first floor is the hidden spectacle of a blue night. A very unusual museum, located in the beautiful village of Esquelbecq. Here, in a quirky and smiling universe, you will discover an improbable and fascinating collection of automatons all created on the spot: the Gigottos! You will be able to meet Ciboulette, a biquette who sings, tells stories and walks around, Félicifelle, the articulated Giant who belly dances, or attend the Gigottos Fanfare (who likes to walk around from festival to festival). In short, it's unexpected, great, surprising, ideal for families and well worth the detour!

A large complex located on the Cambrai road, at the exit of Arras, and composed of a dining room, making brasserie in the afternoon and evening, a large seminar room that can also host meals, a third dining room and finally a show room, animated all year round except during the great holidays. A real cabaret, where you can enjoy music-hall performances, magic or circus performances, theatre performances or some-man-show show. A long time for groups, this space has been open to the public for several months. It is also possible to privatize the place for cocktails or evenings. The Comédie de Béthune is one of 33 national drama centers in France. The theater's mission is "theatrical creation in the public interest". The Light Space is a film classified as art and a test that has been designed to facilitate access to the image of young and younger. The cinema organizes every month «Cups» for children in collaboration with the Association Sequence sequence in the context of a traffic with the cinemas of Lille, Douai and Arras. The cinema-snack lets you get kids to the movies and give them the floor to express themselves on the film they have just seen. But the Light Space is also a place for your general assemblies, business seminars.

Located in the city centre of Bruay, The Stars is a film classified as Art and Trial, and certified young public. Here, all movies are screened in French and in original subtitled. And there are for all tastes! If you are not connected to the Art and test, you can choose a public film or a young public. In addition, each month, meetings and debates are organized: meetings around a first achievement, a subject of society…

The Espace Ronny Coutteure's mission is to make culture accessible to many by developing a demanding cultural project, mixing workshops, creating and disseminating in different artistic disciplines. This space is associated with three theatre companies in the region. The Space Ronny Coutteure offers the opportunity for the public to train, but also to have an artistic and theatrical education, thus promoting the development of amateur practices, in Grenay but also in its envrions.

The Escape is a concert hall that puts culture in honour and all year round offers you many shows of all kinds: theatre, music, dance… But the Escape also offers theater, dance, English courses, German courses, but also music courses for big, small, beginner or most experienced. Do you have a music group? The Escape, or Escap'as it is called here, puts at your disposal a recording stidio. 

Located in the heart of the city, this former Protestant temple is a fine example of the city's non-mining heritage. Today the Temple was converted into a showroom. It is the second cultural and artistic scene of the city. This room can accommodate a hundred spectators, has a show scene and technical equipment worthy of a great hall! The Temple is also a welcoming place, with artists'residences in the fields of the song of the young public show and theatre: Space for artists (4 to 6 people). This bar on the lively Rue des Sarrazins has an atypical atmosphere. At the helm of this "old-fashioned" bistro, which has become a veritable institution, is a colorful character: the emblematic Monique! With a style all her own, she has made the Cheval Blanc one of the most popular bars in Wazemmes (despite stiff competition!). In Valenciennes, theater is a historical tradition, so much so that it was nicknamed "the Athens of the North" until the beginning of the ^20th century! But in 1940, the theater of Valenciennes fell victim to a fire. It is only in 1996 that the work begins to build the Phoenix. In 2018, finally the theater in Valenciennes rises from its ashes (hence its name) and offers us a place in the shape of a huge red liner, with two rooms (750 seats or 170 seats), rehearsal spaces, an exhibition space and a restaurant.

The Manège is a cross-border cultural centre (Maubeuge-Mons) and above all a national scene. Led by Didier Fusillier, this theatre offers eclectic programming and international festivals (Festival Via, Tilt, Au Carré) whose themes are dance, jazz, new technologies. The Théâtre d'à Côté is an association under the law of 1901, based in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, offering an eclectic program of theater shows in the Barn of the Ferme Dupire. Just 15 minutes by car from Lille or via the Triolo metro, this friendly venue offers sliding-scale subscriptions. Workshops for children and teenagers are also organized. With a stage open to both amateur and professional troupes, it's a must for stage enthusiasts in Villeneuve-d'Ascq and the surrounding area.
