Behind the air a little bourrus of Pasha, the boss, we discover a small restaurant devoted entirely to Cappadocia. The posters are there to remind us of this, as are musical instruments attached to the walls. Here, it's rather good simple, no chichi.

The speciality of this restaurant on the Faubourg is Turkish but also Greek cuisine. The area is not very large, only about people can be received but the place is friendly. For the most traditional, you will find grilled grills with broken wheat and red cabbage and for the most pressed sandwiches are also sold. You can also sample sarma (stuffed grape leaves) accompanied by Turkish wine.
