Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. In order to better support and promote the domains of her selection, Hadika organizes two monthly tastings in the presence of wine producers. This is a unique opportunity for each of them to come and comment and detail their cultivation and oenological methods as well as the specificities of the terroir they cherish so much. La Cave du Caboulot is a nod to the Chagny restaurant Le Caboulot, run by Lauriane Lava's parents.
