Magazzino is this glass building near the Leclerc store in Beaune. An innovative concept created by Joël and Christine Bertrand. On the first floor, an Italian grocery store of 750 m² with a fast-food bar-restaurant of Italian specialties and a vast restaurant on the first floor. The shelves are full of transalpine specialties, cold cuts, cheeses, pizzas, dry products for aperitif, grocery products, wines, preserves... the best to compose a special O sole mio menu! You can also sit down at the bar for a quick lunch.

Established in Chemilly for over 30 years, you'll find everything you need to enjoy this excellent caterer. We're particularly fond of the Prestige of sea bass and salmon in golden scales, leek fondue and white wine sauce. We're also partial to their homemade foies gras. Or the Souvarov beef tenderloin. Note that the delicatessen section also offers all the products that make the region so rich, as well as Festi Boxes: five dishes for the whole week! A must in the Auxerrois region. With the opening of this attractive boutique, Gevrey-Chambertin has acquired a caterer of choice. Le Clos du Roy, a trio of chefs including Philippe Poillot, Pierre Lebaupin and pastry chef Tony Belliet, has chosen to export its expertise to the land of grands crus. A quality team to offer ready-made dishes and pastry treasures, to take away, in individual portions or in reception formats. The private tasting room allows you to dine on the premises while sampling some famous nectars.

L'Épicerie Comptoir is welcoming, with its trendy decor and delicatessen feel. Here you'll find all your daily essentials: organic bulk produce, condiments and a number of local artisanal products. Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.

Faubourg des Saveurs is at once a delicatessen, a cheese bar, a wine shop and a cheese shop. On site, the cheese boards, charcuterie and wine cellar make your mouth water. The cheese section is stocked with around a hundred products, including Roquefort, Comté and Epoisses, while the charcuterie section offers short-distance products such as Tuyé salaisons from Papy Gaby in the Jura, and parsley from Gaec des Hameaux. With Tristan Barreiros, former Paris restaurateur and founder of Bonne Maison, the term "épicerie fine" takes on its full meaning. The company has also been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, created by 15 renowned chefs. Born in the spring of 2023, Bonne Maison is already a great success, notably for its Charolais pastis, which it makes, like other delicacies, on its farm-workshop in La Guiche. Homemade or collected with passion, honeys, oils, jams, spirits and other delicacies are available to take away or taste on site.

Ex-sommelier, the sympathetic Jérôme will know perfectly how to advise you among the multitude of references sold here: wines and champagnes, but also whiskies and rums from all over the world, cognacs and armagnacs, beers, waters, fruit juices and other artisanal syrups... In the delicatessen section, local sweets will inevitably attract your attention, while a wide selection of coffees and teas is also available.

Under the Clock Tower, you will find there the best coffees and teas (Mariage Frères, Le Palais des Thés), as well as a wide selection of products made in Burgundy. From the Terrine of Duck Liver with Prunes by the butcher Denis Paillot (based in Noyers-sur-Serein) to the Croquets de Saint-Bris-le-Vineux designed by the baker David Paris, as well as Burgundy wafers (made in Dijon) or Clunissois vinegars... there's a huge choice! For a long time, this emblematic site in the pedestrian district remained vacant. Now it's coming back to life, thanks to the Galopin team, who have just opened this friendly café and relocated their delicatessen there. Don't hesitate to drop in. You'll discover a wide range of products from small-scale producers. Local, but not only. Above all, take the opportunity to have a drink and taste the house specialty: the guédille, a sandwich of North American origin made with hot dog bread. Like the Lobster Roll, made with lobster. Delicious!

In the stalls of this delicatessen, quality gastronomic products, starting with wild harvested snails prepared here and of course cooked in various forms. The Marché aux Vins is located in the former ^15th century church of the Cordeliers with a breathtaking view of the Hospices. Property of the Halley family, as well as the châteaux of Meursault and Marsannay, this place steeped in history is the showcase of the best Premiers Crus and Grands Crus of the emblematic domains of the region, Hospices de Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Hôpital de Dijon, a selection of champagnes and spirits as well. You can discover these wines thanks to a Discovery tour, a Premiers Crus or Grands Crus tasting tour.

La Réserve is a "épicerie pas banale", a community grocery store located in the heart of Varzy. Whether you're just passing through or a local resident, you'll find local produce, seasonal vegetables, freshly baked bread and second-hand items, as well as tableware including delightful tea sets straight from the Ressourcerie in Clamecy. Well-known in the region, "Le Migéen" (which brings life to the village of Migé, near Irancy) has another fine address, right in the center of Auxerre. Takeaway dishes, of course, but also the possibility of nibbling on the premises. The food is as tasty as ever, and reasonably priced. Opening at the end of 2021 in the heart of the town, Crèmerie de l'Abbaye has already made a name for itself in Cluny. You come for the cheese, of course: a wide range of goat's, ewe's and cow's cheeses, which you can buy by the slice or order as a tray for aperitifs or dinners.
