Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. Since 2009, Christophe Lepage has taken over the family business: an estate of just over 2.5 hectares whose plots are located in the vineyards overlooking Joigny. The cultivation of the vines and the maturing of the wine are done in the traditional way, and the grape harvest is done by hand. The result is 6 wines of great finesse.
